Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : The second star in the rating is based on the fact that I did not do the due diligence on pricing the parts for my BMW rear shocks. I was preoccupied on a project when I received the quote and did not ask for itemization or question the estimate - that is ON ME. All the same, the final labor charge came in at $330 plus parts charge of $460 ($230 each). These shocks retail at Shock Warehouse for $54 ea. and Amazon for $49 ea. - that is a markup of 370%. I feel I was gouged $300+ extra for parts. No amount of overhead or handling charge can justify that markup. For that reason I will never go back to Ozzie's Automotive.

Comment : Very poor service. Very poor attitude. Ive used them for a few years on all our service vans. Things have changed. They repaired a power steering hose on my chevy express service van. When we picked it up my employee called me and stated it was still leaking. They manger at Ozzies was to busy to even walk out and look at it. I called them and he said he did not know when he could look at it or when they could fix it and that it must need something else. I had to take the van to Jessup to have the same line replaced and paid again. Ozzies would not look at the vehicle and I was not refunded. Ozzies has made no attempt to to make it right.
