Comment : Very poor service. Very poor attitude. Ive used them for a few years on all our service vans. Things have changed. They repaired a power steering hose on my chevy express service van. When we picked it up my employee called me and stated it was still leaking. They manger at Ozzies was to busy to even walk out and look at it. I called them and he said he did not know when he could look at it or when they could fix it and that it must need something else. I had to take the van to Jessup to have the same line replaced and paid again. Ozzies would not look at the vehicle and I was not refunded. Ozzies has made no attempt to to make it right.

Comment : Ozzie's Automotive staff are super friendly, very polite & very Honest! The price point are spot on! This place is super organized, attention to detail, super clean! They have highly professional skilled workers here! I had some trouble with my engine light on my Range Rover, I was referred by sister to come here . I never looked back & I will always come back here to get my car fixed! You have a loyal customer ! Apparently my car had a sensory problem, they fixed it ! I was so thrilled & thankful they got it done with in that same day! They really took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, so I really appreciate you guys!! I'll tell all my family & friends to come here! Thank you so much Ozzie Automotive! ' I hope everyone treats them with kindness & respect!
