Comment : The experience I had at Ozark Chevrolet was about as relaxed as I could want for. The sales crew were great. Wade Bailey, in particular, was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me space enough to appreciate the truck I was interested in. I had been to several other dealerships earlier that day and Ozark definitely was the most comfortable. I purchased the truck I drove here and got a deal that was fair.

Comment : Just wrapped up buying a car from Wade Bailey over at Ozark Chevy. He made the whole nerve-wracking process so easy. we walked step by step through the whole process without any headaches or pressure and made sure this un-tech savvy woman understood everything. I would totally recommend him and the dealership if you're looking for a new or newer vehicle.

Comment : Bought a new Tahoe from them. Hubby was a auto mechanic for 30+years so he knows a few things. Took our new vehicle in for an oil change, month later he checked the oil and it wasnt showing on the dip stick. Took it back in and the tech came out with attitude and said we were wrong and the oil was full. He straight up lied! Then today took our vehicle in again to get the oil changed and 40 min later, my hubby went to see what was taking so long. Evidently the oil change machine exploded all over our vehicle and they still did not change the oil😡 oh and dont get me started on the person behind the oil lube desk. Scary as hell! Tatts and looked liked he/she just rolled out of bed! We will never be back!

Comment : Purchased a new equinox at Ozark Chevrolet. Worked with Dylan. This was the easiest purchase ever. Super nice folks there. Dylan offered a great no pressure experience and explained everything. Allowed us to look at other options but I came back to the equinox. Love the car. It fits us really well.
