Comment : My Prius went dead a week ago, and Owen's put in a new battery, finding the alternator to be good. It worked fine for two days, and then was dead the next time I tried to start it! But Justin, manager there, told me to bring it back no charge and they fussed with it until finding the rear hatch door was not shutting correctly. I much appreciate his going the distance to find the problem! That's customer service and thank you!

Comment : My emergency brake failed, so I went to Owens to have it repaired. They were - as usual - very pleasant and professional. It was repaired a short time later, and I was surprised it was covered under warranty from a previous complete brake job. Great people, great prices and great service! Owens is my "GO TO" vehicle repair facility!

Comment : I have no complaints about the service. Done on time and correctly the first time. Personnel could use a bit more tact and courtesy. They sometimes give the impression that they are doing us a favor.
