Comment : This was my first visit. I was uncertain about taking my car to a place I’d never visited. I prayed about it, went in, had it checked out, made an appointment and the issue I reported was fixed. I’m pleased with the work.

Comment : Dave and Mark were terrific and Dave was super patient and helpful answering the questions of the buyer after the pre-sale inspection which was thorough and well-documented with pictures and details. Their waiting area is comfortable and bright with chairs, magazines, coffee, water and a very clean bathroom. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Comment : My AC was out and both Audi dealerships couldn’t fit me in for over a week. Also said I’d need to leave it for days…I found KC Auto Clinics in OP and called Tuesday evening about an appt. Dropped my car off the next morning at 7am when opened and said I would need to get the car back by 3. Without setting any expectations the team confirmed done by 3, I was called at 10:45 it was done. It was a great experience and the 2nd best part after the service was this cost over $150 less than what the dealership told me to expect for an “AC Evaluation & Test”… Great Team here, open and honest every step!

Comment : UPDATE: If it's true that this manager/cashier has moved on, then I'm upgrading from 1 star ("stay away") to 3 stars ("neutral"). (After some weeks, I might remove altogether.)

ORIGINAL: There's one manager/cashier at this joint that is unhinged. The overall owner at the Olathe store tried to make it up to me by offering me some sort of coupon. But I'm never going back to these people.
