Comment : How can you trust an auto person who doesn't even know how to drive. Learn the basic rules of the road and stay out of the passing lane unless you are currently passing. Learn the basics of driving before you get behind the wheel of a 1.5 ton death machine.

Comment : Yun Chang was the guy that helped me. The service was fantastic start to finish. One of the only Tesla certified autobody centers here that don't charge for an estimate. They were able to get me in in a couple weeks and service was quick with a loaner car provided free of charge. After my service was completed they offer free safety and emissions checks for customers. Over all I highly recommend O'Sung, I hope I don't need to go back but will know I'm in good hands if I do. Comment : As a small business owner, I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews as I understand that it can reflect adversely on the business. In this case, it is a necessity. I had my vehicle there for almost a month waiting on a part. Understandable as this is the island and the supply chain is slow. I mention a month as during this entire time I was NEVER given a quote as to the repair amount. I needed a door handle. Nothing special. The sends me a text which reads "Good morning, your car will be ready by 12pm, lyk once we start to wash, total is $1360.62 by cash or cashiers check, if paying with card we add 4%." My response was "$1360 to fix a door handle? Are you serious?!?!?". He then sent me a couple of pics of the parts being prepped for paint and a confusing invoice. He then called me after I said "What is the extra $300 for ? I see parts labor and "charges "." I was simply asking for clarification for the invoice. He then sent "I'm not doing it, come get your car." Really? Mind you, I never got an estimate for the repair. He could have used the existing door handle in my opinion. Regardless, he has no communication skills, no customer skills, zero patience and is extremely condescending. His short sightedness has also caused him all of my network who I would gladly send to a reputable mechanic. Lastly, when I went to get my car, absolutely nothing had been done. It was dirty and parked on the street. I walked into the office and he was seated at the computer. I informed him I was picking up my vehicle and I needed the keys. With barely a sideways glance he said "they're in the car". No explanation. No attempt to salvage the sale. Nothing. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I wish I could give him minus 100 stars. I have owned my own business for 21 years and have absolutely never treated a customer this way. Do better!!

Comment : CMS Iilyamaez's D.O'SUNG was efficient and flexible today Saturday 22 November 2025 4:PM. He was on call to replace an old car battery with a new. Devi called before coming to me in Wahiawa saying he was bringing a new battery for my 2012 Toyota. D. O'SUNG is excellent with customer service; a neat tidy and handsome mechanic. An additional value to triple AAA's emergency street-side service. Comment : Owner Yun unprofessional and rude when dealing with complaints that his tech was responsible for. Will not honor3yr warranty on battery that was dead because he said it was new. Will not replace battery when just bought 3 days ago. Tech said alternator was good and just needed to replace battery which we did and the battery and car died 2 days later from bad alternator which our mechanic said that could be the cause for battery light on dashboard. Instead of Osung towing car to shop they sent tech to mislead us into thinking it was battery when it was bad alternator all along. Owner will not own up to mistake and not willing to honor warranty.

Comment : O'Sung was recommended to me for working on Teslas. He works fast and efficiently so be prepared with all your information. I called first to get an appointment for an estimate review. Actual time took less than 15 minutes as I had my insurance estimate with me. O'Sung got back to me a day later with estimated repair date. The ordered car part came in sooner than expected. He called me and I was able to come in same day as called. Repair took one day. My insurance covered me with a rental car. I came back the next morning to an excellent job. This would be the only place I would return if ever needed. Also loved how my insurance company worked with O'Sung to get all work and rental car covered.

Comment : Was referred here by my AAA chains adjuster. I called ahead and they told me that they were going to be closing for 10 days in three days but if I brought the car in today, I could get my estimate. O'sung is the inspector for the insurance company. Came down immediately, they inspected the car, took pictures and sent me on my way. They never submitted the claim and went on vacation . If they were nice, that would be a different story, but the person helping me was rather abrupt. Would never go here to have my work done.

Comment : Horrible experience with the O'Sung jerks in the office. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. It's all about money with them. It's not about providing quality service. Quality and Professionalism have no meaning to the owners of O'Sung. If there isn't a fat profit involved they will rudely push you out the door. They are not looking out for their customers best interest. It's all about MONEY They're probably upset that they can't afford a proper auto shop. EVERYTHING IS OUTSIDE UNCOVERED!!! Third World standards. Their customer service and professional are also Third World. Find another vender actually worthy of your business.

Comment : We had to call AAA~ our friends car stalled out on the highway between HawaiiKai golf course and Makapu when O Sung arrived in a timely manner less than 30 minutes. He was so professional ;)good hearted person, reliable. We depend on OSung and they always come through strong,Grt!!Business
