Comment : Not honest. Promised to give estimate and asked me to bring my vehicle to their shop to complete the estimate. Then estimator told me he was stuck because manager ordered him to not produce estimate for me because of  insurance issues which made no sense to me. I am one who in charge and want my vehicle's damage areas to be repaired and painted.  Failed to produce and refused to give an estimate. Not good to start business with auto body shop on my vehicle.

Comment : I found this company through AAA. Management is clearly at fault for the poor customer experience. The dispatcher was so stressed and pressed for time that she was rude with her approach. The technicians are hit and miss and almost always new to the company. One technician told me that they have really high turnover but left the reasons unsaid.  

It seemed clear that there is very high pressure to up sell so be careful to be clear in your instructions on any repairs.

Comment : Had to get my Tesla towed for service and my car was in a super tight spot. MIKE (Towing) came to rescue and was super professional and got it out in one try! Super Amazing!!! His skill were magical.
He was on time, very professional.

Comment : I really appreciated the prompt service I received from O'Sung's when my car battery died. The service member who met me was able to give me a thorough assessment of my battery and many tidbits of helpful advice. It felt less like a business transaction and more like a family member willing to help as best he could. I would certainly call them again if similar issues arose!

Comment : Yun at O'Sung Auto Body and Paint did an excellent job repairing the rear end damage to my Tesla. He kept me informed with respect to the progress and his crew were detailed and conscientious in bringing my car beyond "new" condition. My car was purchased new 3 months before the tragic accident and now I feel it is actually better then it was then the first day that I picked it up. I strongly recommend O'Sung Auto Body and Paint. Hopefully I will never be in another accident but if I am I will look to the services of O'Sung Auto Body and Paint.....no one on the island is better !

Comment : I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3 and unfortunately was rear ended coming home from COSTCO. I was not hurt but my new car was damaged. I took my car to O'Sung Auto Body and Paint. the owner Yun was very helpful and provided immediate assistance in assessing the damage. Apparently Tesla Parts are not that readily available but Yun stayed on the ordering process and was able to start my repair sooner then expected. He was absolutely awesome. He kept me informed daily with respect to his progress including a photo library noting the crews progress. The workmanship at O'Sung was was excellent and I will never need to look further should I be confronted with another automobile accident. As far as I am concerned there is no better on Oahu then O'Sung auto Body and Paint. Yun as owner is outstanding ! My Tesla is now better than new and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Yun and crew at O'Sung.

Comment : Nearly one decade of calling O'Sung Auto Body & Pain our go-to for any and all car issues and will never look back.  The owner and his crew are always 100% professional, kind, and honest.  Sometimes when I go in for a routine oil change/check-up, I think something else may be wrong and if I were with a company/business not operating under strict business ethics, I am sure by now I could have been taken advantage of and paid for things I did not need done to my vehicle.  More often than not, I am wrong, and I pick up my car with a bill MUCH lower than I anticipate paying when I drop it off.

Once again, I am THANKFUL I followed a friend's referral to O'Sung in early 2014, and I am GRATEFUL for their awesomeness!  Thanks, O'Sung!
