Comment : The job was estimated at 3 hours. I took my pickup in on a Wednesday morning at 7 am. The parts were being ordered on Wednesday. I called Thursday to see when I could pick up my vehicle and it wasn't done. There was no call to tell me it was going to be an extra day. Then I'm told the parts will be in on Friday by 9:30 am. They called me Friday at 9:30 am and said my truck was ready for pickup. 3 days to do a 3 hour job. Unacceptable.
