Comment : Went to fix my ac told them my fuses where popping n what did they do give me extra fuses for when it does for $230 and they kept my car for liek 4 days just to hand me extra fuses for when it goes out when I said I don't want it to do that one week later my ac goes out n the fuses they gave me don't work

Comment : Jeff and Mindy treated us with their personal attention and made us feel that they were doing everything they could to help us with our repair. There was an issue of the wrong part being delivered and they expedited the correct part being sent to finish the repair.

Comment : Called for estimate for replacing a compressor on 2017 Honda civic. They were charging me $229 for a diagnostic, $724 for filling the system with refrigerant, and $1975 for replacing the compressor. That's 2 hours of labor for refilling and 4.5 hour for replacing!!! I called thinking they made a huge mistake. You would think recharging the system would be a part of the replacing the compressor service. I was wrong. All they were willing to do was deduct the diagnostic time and removed $60 off the parts. (Parts were still way over retail). They told me Honda would be more expensive. I called the Honda dealership and they gave me a quote of $2200 dollars with a flat rate of 3.6 hours!!! They said refilling the system was part of the service. I can only imagine how many people they have ripped off. Do your homework. Call around. Don't get fooled by places that take advantage of people that do not know about cars.

Comment : I've been to Orr Automotive at lest 3 times, and each time I've been there it's been a amazing experience. I have a mustang gt and I'm very touchy about it and Jeff helps me out every time!. The guys there are amazing and the work done is very good. I definitely will bring my vehicle here again!

I've brought my car here 3 times as of now, and each time I leave, knowing the service to my car is going to be spot on. I haven't had any issues with anyone at this location and plan to keep bringing my vehicles here for service!!!
