Comment : A very terrible experience with this business. Their tactics are very PREDATORY and rely on the customer not knowing the price of things or the status of their vehicle. On their diagnostic test, which costs nearly $235, non-negotiable, they stack a bunch of costs that you then MUST pay in order to waive the diagnostic test fee. They tried to charge me more than $4000 and were not clear in the beginning about this policy, which forces people to pay the ridiculous diagnostic fee. When I went to check the vehicle pieces they wanted replaced at an autoparts store, they were upcharging everything by TWO TIMES the price! On top of all this, when I went to pick up my vehicle and refused to pay their fee, they then refused to give me back my car keys. Overall, a very shady business that hopes you have a wad of cash to give them, no matter the situation.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : They stand by there word very precise, they don't mess around give you a quote and do very good work I would definitely recommend them to work on your vehicles I went to them for shocks I was getting the runaround got tired of it came here and I'm very happy I did I will be back to have more work done to my car as needed thank you Orr garage

Comment : After speaking with the owner who took full responsibility for issues on there end we were able to reconcile. I'm also at fault here. I should have done more due diligence prior to my post. Orr Automotive is currently in possession of my truck and I feel confident they will complete the necessary repairs professionally in a timely matter. With that said, I'd like to apologize to ownership as will as the staff at Orr Automotive for the misunderstanding.

Comment : THIS SHOP IS A RIP OFF!!! DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE. NATE THE OWNER IS A THIEF! BE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION.... I brought my 2024 GMC in for warranty work through CarMax. The issue was the automatic step wasn't working properly. They said the motor was bad (probably wasn't true), and the part needed to be ordered through the dealership. This was on a Saturday. I said fine, left the truck, and rented a car for work on Monday. On Monday I was told the part hadn't arrived yet. I said okay I'll pick the truck up, take Friday off, and bring it back. During the week the brake sensor had alerted me stating my brake pads were low. On Friday when I brought the truck back for the warranty work, I asked that they check the brakes. The shop charged me $99 brake inspection fee. They said that it would go towards the replacement if I ended up needed them. They eventually did confirm I needed front and rear brakes and sent me a quote for $1800 to replace them. They also mentioned I needed tires which I was already aware of. I didn't want to buy the tires at that shop. So, I took it to Just Tires and decided to move forward with the brakes and new tires. A few hours later I received a call from Just Tires asking why I wanted new brakes? The manager said I have 80% life still. I said a shop I had warranty work done at claimed they needed to be replaced. Obviously, not the case. The just Tires Manger said all it is the sensor. I still can't believe that this shop was basically going to screw me for 2K right before Christmas. The owner (Nate) obviously has no soul and is a complete loser. It's just pathetic that you can't even trust a shop that is contracted through a dealership for warranty work. I'm a small business owner myself and word of mouth is how my company has grown. I'm curious of how many other people they have ripped off. I will be reporting this shop and its moran owner (Nate) to BBB. By the way, NATE you owe me $99 and an apology.
