Comment : They no longer open on Saturday's such an inconvenience for people like me who work Monday-Friday! Also, lots of new faces, I am sure they are under new management! Good thing there are other mechanics around the block who were able to help me out on Saturday! I miss the old Orozco's!!!

Comment : I've come here once before, and they were fantastic, but I never got a chance to leave a review, but now that I've had my 2nd experience, it was just as fantastic as the first time! I must've shown up at a great time, because I was able to get serviced almost immediately. I just hung around the waiting area, enjoying the snacks they had out, and the free cold water in their fridge outside. I'm a sucker for snacks. This place will most likely become my main place for servicing my vehicles in the future. Make sure to call ahead and check if they're busy!

Comment : Wife urgently dropped our old workhorse off after experiencing some on-again/off-again issues. Orozco???s quickly found the issues (it???s old so found some other issues). The most important was tackled and repaired. Tech???s are always polite and friendly. Comment : Had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and Jacob, hung around until the tow company arrived, very professional and very detailed in their assessment of the problem. Quick, friendly and professional. You don???t see that very often anymore! Thanks Jacob and your team for coming through ????

Comment : I had a bad experience, I paid for a test that maybe they didn't even do because they are guessing what the problem was and to make matters worse they told me that they had changed a part and apparently that wasn't the case, the problem continues and the part that they changed is not new.

Comment : My experience with Orozco???s Automotive was positive. My first impression was how respectful they were to me, a woman.I was offered a bottle of water while I waited for the owner/manager who was assisting with an issue in the garage. I was offered a ride home while they worked on the car, and back. The brake job has a warranty of two years, not one year, as provided at the Dealership and cost less as well. Comment : Needed to get my brakes checked and this auto shop was close to home so I guess why not. I went in stating specifically that I only want to get my brakes checked. Low and behold, they did a whole full on car inspection for a whopping $69. Talking about them opening my hood up and checking the engine air filter. But that was not the worst part. Them stating that my brake pads were 3mm low was simply not true! My instincts were telling me that something shady was up. I declined the job right away and only paid for the inspection. I went back home to do more research and found an auto shop in Santa Ana. Went in and was greeted by the owner himself right away. He did exactly what I wanted, checking the brake pads. He took out the tires and let me see each brake pad with my own eyes that they are still good at about 60-70%. That to me was mind boggling because honesty was no where to be found at Orozco. Please do your research before going anywhere to get your car fixed. It's hard to make a living, I know a lot of people that are struggling just to get by. That's why I wanted to share my experience so that other people won't make the same mistake as I did.
