Comment : We’re from New Mexico and were on a trip when our car suddenly started overheating. We were really worried we wouldn’t make it back home. Thankfully, they got us in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. Because of their help, we made it home safely. Highly recommend — thank you so much!

Comment : This place is a complete joke and full of liars.
My niece took her SUV regarding one small issue and they quoted her multiple problems, excessive fees. Now they threatening to keep her car, trying to force her to do the work there.
Fact. That was my vehicle before I gave it to her. I have all receipts off all work professionally done and recently checked all around. From dealership and Just Tires. Work that this fake shop is claiming needs to be done. I will be opening a legal matter with the BBB and everything that will help bring this company down!

Comment : so my son took his car there and for two belts they wanted 900.00 I was mind blown on that when the belts themselves cost no more that 50 bucks if that... than they kept trying to put other services onto the bill stating that it needed a new power staring compressor because it was hard to move the steering wheel so once I told him that the reason why it was so hard to move was because there was no belt smh anyways he tried to take advantage of the situation, thinking that I wasn't knowledgeable of Cars and then try to take advantage of my son who is a young man they are very overpriced and he kept changing his prices from 900 to 700 to finally when I told him that I just wanted the bow and broke it down to him that it was just crazy what he was charging he went down to 300 but then put $100 inspection that we left paying $389 two belts this place is trash and very dishonest workers... I wouldn't recommend oh and may I add I went to another place and they man told us for the job they did he would've only charged 188 I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Comment : This shop worked with me with a program called WIT. Tony is the manager. You wouldn't expect the manager to be working the front desk, answering phone calls and even following up through text. The communication and customer service is top tier. My catalytic converter took a and needed to be replaced. I recommend this place for your car needs. 2 year warranty? Can't beat that!

Comment : My son had my car for three weeks and returned it with an emergency light on the display. I put some air in the tires, but the light stayed on. I called Ravens auto repair and was able to drop it off first thing this morning. I wanted to check in on Yelp before getting out of the car. Tony was outside waiting for me to get there. He checked the air pressure. Put air in where needed. Informed me the condition of the tires. And reassured me I was safe for the trip. I'm about to take. This is customer service at its best.

Comment : I had an emergency being from out of town and the staff was able to get me back on the road safely within 2 hours! Thorough inspection and detailed info provided. If I'm ever in a pickle again in Garden Grove, I'll only go here.
