Comment : I walked in there just troubled and very stressed out because I was having a major auto problems on my van and they just calm me down. They had a beautiful clean lobby first thing which impressed me not auto parts sitting all over in boxes everywhere and that was the first start of it and then I met the service advisor Edward. He was a pleasure to work with very professional, very intelligent and knew what he was talking about from the start to the finish so I would highly recommend a shop to bring your automobile for repairs. They have several locations.

Comment : Took my car there, car been there for a week, everytime i would stop by, never onced seen mechanic working on my car, very bad communication, picked up my car and went to different shop, this is in Long beach, randy and edwardo, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE, waste of my time, smh

Comment : I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would 💯% recommend this place.

Comment : The service techs at Orozco's go ABOVE & BEYOND and surpassed all my expectations for my visit yesterday. Took my truck in after speaking to Eddie the day before for an appt. Met with Randy at the front desk, they inspected my vehicle at no charge and helped get my suspension in order (lower control arm and sway bar replacement), as well as an alignment. Quotes are texted to your phone number and easy to approve or deny any recommended repairs -- quick and easy. Costs are itemized, as well as taxes and labor. Let's you know up front what your cost is and also easy to ask questions. PLEASE GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A GREAT, HONEST AUTO MECHANIC IN LONG BEACH, THOSE ARE HARD TO COME BY. They washed my truck and helped shine up my headlights at no additional cost -- headlights were a concern recently due to the thick marine layer in the mornings and bc I voiced this concern and spent a decent amount of money, they assisted with this with no problem. Great work team! Will be returning here for all our vehicles.

Comment : I have been getting my car serviced at this location for a few years now. My car over heated and I had to tow it to the shop. I was able to get the work done and returned within 2 days which I truly appreciated. Work is always guaranteed and I have never had a problem with their work. I have a European car which can be pricey but they have decent prices. I won't need to sell my kidney!!
