Comment : Due to reviews, called to ask for a quote for fixing a specific problem and have the exact code being thrown and it needs a specific replacement. Instead of being given a quote I was told I needed to bring in for diagnostic. That s a red flag for anyone. While you may want to diagnose for additional charge, when someone asks for a quote for a known issue, you should provide the quote. It s a quote, let the person know that the shop will need to diagnose prior to replacing etc if that s shops policy.
