Comment : Took my car in for service because of an issue with fuel pump not working properly. They were able to fix the problem which was great but then a month or so later, I started to smell gasoline smell from the vehicle. I didn't mind it too much at first but when it continued getting stronger I took it back to the dealer. They then diagnosed as a problem with the fuel damper hose. I would have thought it would be covered under their repair warranty but they wanted to gouge another overpriced repair cost to fix the problem. I decided to get a second opinion and was charged 1/3 of what they wanted. On top of the over charge, they also missed an issue with my engine oil getting low. Never taking my vehicle for service to the location again and I highly recommend avoiding this place as they overcharge severely for sub-par repairs.Took my car in for service because of an issue with fuel pump not working properly. Comment : Great service and customer service. Frank was awesome and was very helpful. I had initially thought the first oil change was gonna cost me as we didn t buy our QX50 from Infiniti directly, but Frank took care of it and I didn t get charged a dime. Highly recommend coming to this dealer for service. You won t be sorry!
