Comment : Everyone was incredibly helpful from Lonna assisting me with my previous Durango that I had brought in for repair to Fred with finance getting me all setup and selling me my new Durango. I appreciated their time, attentiveness, and care :) Customer service was top notch all around!

Comment : My experience has always been that been good, although it hasn't always been satisfying, Tony Mora the service manager has always been understanding regarding my issues with my vehicle, I bought my truck in because because of a recall for brake system. After getting the vehicle back I have had to return several times for the same issue, each time I was told that they couldn't find any problems with the brakes. After the fourth or fifth time the vehicle was still grabbing real hard as I was slowing down to a stop. They told me there wasn't an issue with the brakes. So about a week later it occurred to me the of it wasn't the that maybe it was the transmission down shifting really hard as I was slowing down to a stop, So I took the truck back down to the dealership for a unrelated issue and floated the theory by Tony he said that fits the symptoms of what I had been experiencing and had his transmission guy look at it, they found a bad seal that was leaking and the transmission was fluid was low.they mad e repair and so far it's been running fine. I feel that this issue should have been resolved sooner than it was, it cause a lot of greif and I was actually considering getting rid of my truck. Tony is actually a good guy it just took awhile to find the issue.
