Comment : Let me begin by saying that I have always received good service here. However, the last time we took the car in was disappointing. We knew what was wrong with the car from a previous diagnostic done (another company) yet they insisted we had to have one done by them adding another 200.00 to the bill. Disappointing, especially when you are on one income due to government shutdown.

The service was outstanding! The digital maintenance inspection is a very useful tool. There was no pressure to get any service done. It was suggested what immediate repair was needed.
* as there was a slight problem after the work was done, Monday morning I stopped in and Steve heard the noise and it was a quick fix.
I will be a returning customer.
Great Job!

Comment : I was very happy with the professionalism of all involved. I was surprised to have my car worked on for 2 and 1/2 hours. I was extremely surprised at being charged to $283 an hour for labor. My little car is 3 in higher than when I brought it in. My wheel alignment is perfect.

Comment : Hey Corey, I will definitely leave a review, tbh i cannot say enough good things. You guys are fantastic and ill happily write all this on Google as well. The attention to detail is impressive, the seamless and easy access to view the report and accept or deny work to be done. This all made my experience with you guys the best I have had with someone working on my car. My daughter was with me when I picked up the car, Kat was so polite to her and made her feel welcome as well. Juice box for her and play-doe! She will be back for sure and the hidden snack on the dashboard was ultimately her favorite. Again, just the overall attention to detail and care you guys out into your customers is some I personally have not experienced before and was amazing!
