The free pickup and delivery service provided was on time and my truck was delivered back 6 hours later. The delivery service was appreciated.

Comment : The people were very nice and helpful. The work seems to be done right. It was not finished in a timely manner. They did offer me a car to use. They brought my truck to my house when finished. They had the wrong phone number. Plus the wrong bill !! Until I questioned the guy on the phone. Which I thought was unprofessional. Would not recommend the service department at Oliver Ford.

Comment : Brought in our 24 Maverick XLT Hybrid for an oil change and tire rotation… used the online scheduling tool. Everything met expectations, including pricing. If Oliver could spend some money and improve the customer parking situation, and add an all-weather Service entrance, that would make the experience Five Star…

Comment : We will never use this service location again. Scheduled appointment for 10:30 knowing it needed brakes, vehicle was never looked at until 1330.
When I picked up the vehicle it was covered in grease on the seat, running boards, floor mats & steering wheel.

Comment : The dealership is nice the sales person I met was nice, I went down to look at a what it thought was a left over F150, when we arrived the Sales person let me know that it was a loaner vehicle, but it carries all of the same benefits as a new one, it had over 4kmiles on it. To me thate was not a deal breaker, we test drove it and they looked at my super duty. So I drove over an hour because I was told in a email they could probably give me more than the KBB assessment. They came back with a number lower than the KBB assessment. I would give a neutral review, but because I was told in a email they would probably give me more, we took the drive. In all fairness I do have a bit of rollover in my truck and am looking for something more efficient. My truck is the same year as the new truck, and my truck was just as clean if not cleaner than the new truck, my truck only had 9k miles on it.
