Comment : I brought my 2016 F-150 (w/115 k miles) in to Oliver Ford to have the driver side turbo looked at per recommendation of another mechanic.
Bobby-Jo, Service Representative, was excellent. Even with a full schedules she was able to find a day and time that worked with my schedule. She was attentive and clearly explained the needs and priorities of what the tech discovered.
