Comment : I’ll tell you I don’t like to do a lot of post about service unless it’s exceptional firstly car lift maybe a restaurant but not a car, but this experience made me want to put a review on the staff and particular one gentleman at this dealer Travis what’s the name of the gentleman that helped me exceptional, professional, and extremely friendly personality. Even given ideas for my truck, which ended up being in cool thing to learn. Travis was so well. The staff was so good there that they make me want to buy my next truck at their dealer. So I would tell the owner of this dealership to acknowledge your service app and all, but in particular this for his professionalism. Thank you Oliver Ford

Comment : Truck was brought in for an oil change, the works package, plus 90,000 mile service. Truck needed an inspection, but they refused to perform the inspection because there was water in the taillights. The taillights worked as they were supposed to, but they wanted to extort $1350 to replace the taillights which they would have to order. This dealership is on a downward spiral and if they don’t change the direction they are going, they will end up not being a Ford dealership.
