Comment : I had paint and mechanical work done on my vehicle, I was more satisfied with paint work than mechanical work due to the age of my van. Parts were not available leaving requested repairs unfinished. Over all it was a good experience.

Every time we speak with him and see him he has been a trusted resource. As a customer, having trust in the company and the person representing that company is the most important aspect. Comment : Communication was frequent and clear. Shop quickly identified problem, and then followed the exact timeline they communicated to me. Car was done earlier than expected, and a special check was made to ensure that fixing the root cause also resolved other impacted systems.

Comment : Brought my vehicle in for a RPM problem. Fixed it without overcharging me for diagnostic fees after diagnostic fees. They used common sense and experience to fix a problem that was not as serious as I thought it was.

Comment : I give Olenders 5 stars because of their outstanding service, prompt repair times, constant communication, excellent customer service and friendly staff! I have had body work and now and oil change and I will be a customer for life! It means a lot of have quality work done and pertinent information shared for your benefit when your knowledge about cars isnt all that deep, and that's what they have done each time I interact with one of their staff.
