Through every step of the way they have been super forthcoming and accommodating about everything. These people are good people. Really good people. Big shout out to Paul in the service department. Comment : I had a very good experience with Olender's Vernon! Following an accident, I took my car here and they were nothing short of efficient. My date was pushed back a little as the shop needed to ensure they had the right parts, but the car ended up coming out better than it did pre-accident. They gave the car a wash and cleaned the interior, leaving everything nice and organized! We dealt with Scott specifically, and I'm certain there were more people involved in the process, but he was incredibly sweet and reassuring throughout the whole thing. Great experience, I will be coming back should I need any more body work!?!

Comment : I won't be going back. Expect to be treated like you need them more than they need you. I call to schedule a quote and get bounced from line to line. I get an appointment and come in to the front desk. Lady just stares at me for a minute before asking if i have an appointment. I say i do but didn't remember who i spoke to. Guy comes out and tells me to schedule an appointment. We start over. Adjuster was shady about giving me a quote until he knew i was making an insurance claim. Definitely don't go for collision repairs unless youre making a claim. Drop off my truck for service go to front desk get stared at... Appointment? Yes... Another guy, appointment? Yes! Finally the right guy comes out. They have enterprise on sight who gave me car that stank like a crack pipe and new ports. Get told it'll be done in a week. A week later no news. I call get treated like I've never been there before forwarded to a voicemail. Call back twice and get the right guy. What's the status? It won't be ready for a week. You said that last week. Yeah sorry. Go to pick it up. I have to ask him to tell me what work was done. He claims they replaced the headlight cover. I say it's still scratched. He says no that's bug guts. I say so you didn't replace it. Yeah sorry we didn't replace it. He cleaned it up and there was still minor scratches but i didn't make a fuss. The rest came out okay. Service was bad. Communication was bad. Employees are turse. Work couldve been better.

Comment : My son?s car broke down and was towed to a different shop that said they wouldn?t be able to even look at it for a week. Paul at Olenders said they could look at immediately so we had it towed there. Sadly it had to be junked. But Paul and everyone there at Olenders helped make that process so much less stressful. If I could give 10 stars I would.
