Comment : Keith and Roy there are polite and knowledgeable. They fit me into their schedule promptly. They do not try to sell me things that I do not need. For instance, once they blew out one of the filters of debris instead of selling me a new one. They warn me of issues that will need attention down the road. They send me pictures of the engine and parts, to help a 73-year-old lady understand what is going on with her vehicle.Several times the actions were so negligible they didn't even charge me for their service! I feel comfortable bringing my car into them for service and trust them with my car.

Comment : They are respectful and very efficient. They work quickly so that my wait is never very long. Their work us always excellent. I have never had to return because a repair was not done properly. There prices are fair and they never suggest a repair that is not needed.

Comment : after long troubleshooting problem of car not starting was fixed car started, but had to returned car due to timing being off which cause car to loose power while shifting gears. car was taken for test drive with engine analyzer hooked up to car two faults popped up. both faults were fixed with intake boot replaced and oxigen sensor replaced and timing reset. problems were fixed. the tech Dave did a finding permanent fix car is running great for an older car. would highly recommend Old Town Tire car maintenance services.
