Comment : The day I arrived back in Eureka, I had major car troubles. Old town auto was able to service my vehicle the very day I called and fixed the issues. Since then, I have brought my vehicle back two more times with separate issues and I have had nothing but excellent service. They're never pushy and are clear on what the issue is and what timeframe I will have. I have an older vehicle with plenty of miles on it so it is great to have a reliable, honest and helpful auto mechanic I can turn to.

Comment : Old Town Automotive figured out what was wrong with my Echo, discussed the options with me and fixed my car quickly. Booking an appointment online was very easy and I got reminders about my appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. I'll definitely go there again!
