Comment : Old Dominion was very considerate and respectful to me and every customer I had the pleasure of see in passing. They have a vibe about them that you don't get at most businesses. I will be going back to them at some point when necessary in the future. I feel if you as the reader of this review decides to never use Old Dominions services? That would be a disservice to yourself... It was a legitimate experience I will remember for a long time

Comment : Old Dominion has been very professional on the two occasions I've experienced with them. They are very communicative, answered my questions quickly and went over and above to provide excellent customer service.

They worked well with my auto insurance company, adjuster and appraiser, which added a level of complexity that they patiently helped smooth over. The price that they quoted to repair the car seemed very reasonable to me. Since I trust this company I did not get a competitive bid.

I recommend this well-established and trusted company.

Comment : Very professional staff from start to finish!
Communication was through out the entire process, with updates, questions and estimated completion time.
My car was returned shiny, cleaned and better than I left it. Also a pretty red rose in the front seat.
Work is top notch and they stand behind their warranty with a smile.
Bonus- great cookies in the reception area!!!
I hope I don?t need to go back but if I do need auto repair and especially Tesla I will be back!
