Comment : Honestly, getting rear ended is stressful enough, but when it?s a leased car, the anxiety goes to a whole new level. Someone recommended Old Dominion Collision Repair to me and I cannot say enough good things about them.
From start to finish, they handled everything. They dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn?t have to, and they kept me in the loop the whole time my car was there. I never had to wonder what was going on.
Loni and Gabbie were absolutely amazing. I?m pretty sure they could see how frazzled I was the moment I walked in, and they just made everything feel okay. They were so calm and kind throughout the whole process, exactly what you need when you?re already stressed out.
When I got my car back, it had been cleaned out like new AND they left a rose on the seat. I wasn?t expecting that at all and honestly it made my day.
If you need a body shop, go here. I really hope I never need them again, but if I do, I?m not even going to think twice.

Comment : From start to finish EVERYONE has been so kind. Micha has helped me through everything with such empathy, knowledge, transparency, and fabulous communication. I had trust from the moment I left my Tesla till I picked it up and never was worried about whats happening. I hope I never need them again however if something does happen I know where to go!!

Comment : Because of my first experience with Old Dominion over 10 years ago, Old Dominion was my first and only collision repair shop I thought of to have my vehicle towed to when my wife recently got hit by a semi-truck, and our vehicle totaled. They are very professional and thorough, transparent and communicative, yet very considerate, compassionate and caring. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, they will be the one and only repair shop I will call.
