Comment : Bought an Escape in February from here. Came to look at trucks. The sales guy that sold me the Escape argued with the first salesman that was supposed to sell me the Escape saying that they stole the sale from them, right in front of my family.

Sales did not listen to me and show me both trucks I asked. They were very adamant in just showing the 2024 that they wanted to get it off the lot. Wouldn’t let me test drive. Found out why after I signed all the papers. There was a recall and I couldn’t take delivery.

Asked for some kind of compensation thrown in to make up for it. Didn’t throw anything in. Had to wait 2 weeks for my truck. Was told from the sales manager that they did nothing wrong so they wouldn’t even entertain throwing anything in or even doing a straight trade to a 2025.

Casey in finance was fantastic.

Avoid this place at all cost if looking for a new vehicle. They screwed me on my Escape and did the same on my truck purchase.

Comment : I 100% recommend Rosmel Mu?os at the Olathe Lincoln Ford dealership in Kansas City, as he is an excellent person and an excellent salesman, as he treats customers excellently and is very friendly and does not engage in deception like people at other dealerships.

Comment : Everyone we interacted with was generally either inconvenienced or unhappy. Any questions we had also seemed to bother the gentleman that helped us and his responses were, "I don't know" or very blunt like we were annoying him. We did purchase a vehicle from the other dealership so they lost a customer for sure.

Comment : Superb sales experience at this dealership. Sales team did a fabulous job at explaining features and benefits, Finance office was wonderful to work with in explaining finance and lease options and helping us terminate our current lease.

Comment : I was charged $250 for a diagnosis that would not cause the problem I was having. Panoramic sunroof was leaking into the car on the passenger rear seat. Was told the cowling at the bottom of the windshield was the issue. However gravity doesn't allow water to leak 3 feet ABOVE the crack/issue. When I left dissatisfied originally I was told when it happens again to immediately get it in for them to see where it's leaking from. I called and spoke with someone I was told was the techs manager(I think) and tried explaining the issue and what I was told. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me explain and accused me of withholding information/being difficult when I was just trying to do what I was told. He said since I left without getting the work done they can't do anything for me other than fix the problem that isn't an issue for me, THEN, if(when) it leaks again we can asses it further. I went elsewhere and found out one of the drain lines was fully blocked and called to ask if they had checked them. Again, spoke with someone else who didn't know what was going on and he couldn't tell me anything other than I needed to get the work done that won't fix anything. Tried to reassure me that it's possible for water to leak from the roof if the windshield cowling isn't properly sealed. Also. I was told the ac blower motor and cabin air filter needed replaced because they were water logged after they ran 7 hours worth of water on the car, water logging the blower motor and cabin air filter. Highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle here.

Comment : Jeremy Garner is THE MAN. My wife and I drove 7 hrs to look at an Expedition near Kansas City. Olathe Ford was about another hr and a half drive for us. I had intended to travel to Olathe Ford to check out one of their Expeditions if this one fell through. We had a few concerns about the first Expedition so I made a call and spoke with Jeremy. The vehicle Olathe Ford had on their lot had been sold. So, even tho I wasn’t there on their lot to buy a vehicle, Jeremy was willing to hear our story, help us see if there was any other options in the local area, and even provided us with extra repair information he could find through Ford on the first Expedition we looked at. With a few minutes on the phone, Jeremy went above and beyond to give me and my wife enough information and insight to make the best decision possible. Thanks Olathe Ford!!
