Comment : Customer service was great. Got my rotors fixed which was thought to be the problem. Brought the car back and they took another look and found the real problem. Free of charge and got me back on the road.

Comment : Worst experience with a body shop. Picked up the truck with completely different problems than it was there for to begin with. I ve had to argue and show them different things to be fixed every time they tell me the truck is complete. We are on the third time of them fixing things that I ve pointed out to them that they say the overlooked . They charged the ins company for a wheel and tire that was never installed the first time or the second time and they say that s not fraud because they overlooked it. I ll never do buisiness here again. The shop manager and office guy said they wouldn t be happy with the repairs if it was their vehicle so that should tell ya something about the kind of work done.Worst experience with a body shop. Comment : Customer service was great. Got my rotors fixed which was supposed to be the problem, cost however much it was that s fine. Brakes mess up a week later so I take it back and it ends up actually being something else. Why would I be charged AGAIN for a mis diagnosis?? Wild. Customer service was great Tracy is a good guy.
