Comment : I first spoke to Tracey, (the front desk customer rep.), about needing to get a second opinion for work that had been quoted at the local Toyota dealership. He was very helpful and had me bring my vehicle in for evaluation. He got back to me in a timely fashion and gave me a quote that was less than what the dealership had quoted. At my request they also checked my brakes and gave me a separate and very reasonably bid for that work. After giving my authorization they completed the work timely and even did a couple of small things(set the clock and checked the tire pressure) at no charge. We have used their services in the past for my wife?s vehicle and will very likely return in the future when service needs are required!!! Great place, friendly staff and reasonable rates. What more could you ask???

Comment : My lifted truck was wearing the inner sides of the tires. Last week I came by to see if I could set up an appointment for the following week. Came in Monday the 5th at 8:15 am and they got started. Had the issue pinpointed with 45 minutes. My truck had a new control arm and re aligned in less than 4 hrs.

Comment : Had to get my Tahoe towed to them, due to no acceleration. This was on A Wednesday afternoon. Thursday I received the diagnosis and quote, and work was completed on Friday, by end of business. I really appreciate the quick turnaround!!

Comment : Called and spoke about what was going on with my vehicle. They transferred me to the mechanic he gave me information on approximate time to get back with an estimate. Shortly after I got a reasonable estimate and was telling them to go ahead and fix it. He also gave me a time frame that it would be ready for pick up. Later that day I was texted ready for pick-up.
