Comment : We were traveling through New Mexico, pulling a 32" travel trailer. 158 miles from Santa Fe (which was not on our route) the truck developed an issue. We managed to limp into town, found a campsite, and made an appointment with Octane for the next morning! They squeezed us in and got the truck repaired the same day! GREAT service, quick service, friendly and courteous service staff. Highly recommend!

Comment : The customer service was fabulous but paying #345.12 for labor + key is ridiculous-spare not included. I was told my spare was the bad key which doesn't work well! I took my car in for the scheduled 9am appointment. The part was ordered and was supposed to arrive the next morning, but I was told the part missed the truck so it did not come in until late afternoon which forced me to pick up my truck the next day at 5pm instead of noon.
