I paid it anyways and they did the alignment and had to take it back the next day because it was worse. They tried again for 2 hours and they could not get it aligned but took it to the dealership and had it perfect in 30 minutes. Cancel my other cars appointment due to them not offering a refund or anything since they could not complete the job. Never got a call when done. Had to pick up after hours. Didn’t know if it was done as there was no form or sticker on window like there normally is. When I went back next AM, was told they no longer put sticker on window yet when I had my wife’s car’s oil changed a few days later, there was a form signed by the technician, a sticker on the window and a scented tree on the passenger seat. I’m hoping that my car was actually serviced.
