I needed 4 new tires and some mechanical work done to my 2017 Chev Colorado LT Crew Cab. I did choose several types of tires online at their Website and then went to Ocean Tire and talked with Mike and Frank who helped me pick the right tire that was in my budget. I then went over the mechanical work I needed and they understood the problems that I was having. I dropped the truck off to them on Thursday and they drove me back home, which was very helpful.On Friday, Mike called me several times to explain to me what his mechanic discovered, went over what he recommended, and went over what they repairs would cost. I gave him the go ahead and the mechanic got right to work. I was happy when Mike called me later in the afternoon and told me that my truck was done. He then offered to have someone pick me up at my home, which was a pleasant surprise, not to mention that it saved me from bothering one of my neighbors.My truck runs great now and I do not those annoying problems anymore. My son’s car is going to need tires and some general maintenance, and we will be calling Mike and Frank in the near future.
