Comment : Fred saved me today. This was the first time I visited OC Affordable Auto Repair - while I am staying in the region, I will visit again. I trusted Fred immediately. Especially since he really listened to my sad tale. After hundreds of miles that my 2013 Chrysler endured, two tires were flat and I had a leaky radiator. The work needed was assessed quickly. I was given an estimate that I knew wouldn't be found elsewhere. THEN my new hero found two nails in my tire! I'm not where I should be yet re: road worthiness - I have to save up for the job needed - but the trip to this shop truly de-stressed me. I know what has to be done and I was respected.Women: take note about that! I have been to many car repair places that saw me walk in the door and the men behind the cash registers saw dollar signs. We are used to being charged more than what's necessary. Fred is different. He's my pro now. The location is great - right before the turn to West Ocean City - near the inlet. Please support this great car repair shop. You won't find this combination of knowledge and fairness anywhere else.Fred saved me today. Comment : We unfortunately walked out of our rental and noticed one tire on our car was almost flat! Called OC Affordable Auto Repair and he said to bring it in right away and he would look at it. He found a screw stuck in the tire, pulled it out and plugged it...good as new! And the cost was so reasonable and the Repair was so fast. Then he said to have a nice vacation and I said thanks, I will now! What a relief when you're out of town and you need help. He was so kind and went out of his way when he didn't have to. Comment : Our tire had a consistent and slow leak while traveling, so I called OC while in the area. He said he could work me in if I stopped by, and he did. He looked over the tire very thoroughly, and he found the valve stem to be leaking, so he tightened it up. Very courteous and helpful. Thanks for a great experience! I recommend.

Comment : I was in OC for 2 days and the brackets were not working as well and this place saved my day, the guy was kind and was sure to have my car ready to return home save, the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Comment : I broke down on the way to Assateague island, and called OC out of the blue. They were able to get me back on the road in no time, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks for the great service to an out of Towner, you saved my vacation!

Comment : I would give 0 stars if I could.The younger guy was nice and polite. The older gentleman needs to learn customer service. I called in the morning, and whoever I spoke with said they could look at my headlights, so I brought the car down because they were the only place on Saturday that said they could look at my car over the weekend. If they didn't want to work on the car, that would have been fine, 5 other places said no, but they said to bring it, so I did.They were busy when I got there with one other car, but the younger guy said they would help me when they could, and I waited by my car. I could tell by the older gentleman's face that he already didn't want to help me, but they asked what was wrong, and I told them that I suspected a relay or a loose wire. The older guy then cursed at me sarcasticly, something usually ending in "sherlock" (use your imagination because google won't let me say it)." There was absolutely no reason for this. Literally the asked what was wrong and i Literally only said i suspected these few things related to my headlights. I was genuinely surprised by the random rudeness that I didn't know what to say at first, but then I said you don't need to talk to me that way, and he responded, "You don't need to insult our intelligence." I said I'm not. You asked what was wrong with my car, and I was telling you." (technically the younger guy asked but still) He responded with, "we know what we are doing here." At that point I didn't want to argue with him and I didn't want him working on my car because of how rude he was talking to me so I said I would take my car to my normal mechanic. He responded with a sarcastic "bye."I don't know where the hostility was coming from, maybe they don't like out of towners or didn't feel like working on my car cuz it wasn't a big repair job that would make them a lot of money but I would not go here unless you were absolutely desperate.
