Comment : Left a Chevy Cavalier 2004 here this morning to have our wipers checked because it stopped working and I cannot drive around without it since it started snowing. Got a call and was told motor and linkage needs to be replaced - came afternoon and was advised that the car is ready. Got there, got the receipt and the wiper motor and linkage assembly was replaced for $602. I asked if there’s a website they can give us where they got the part because from looking online, the price difference is like $400. I was told that they have an internal site where they get their parts, that this is the cheapest they can get “today” (other cheaper parts will take 2-3bd), it has their price markup and warranty. We understand everyone has their own price markup, it’s business - but for like $300-$400? Just not right. Can’t even provide a website for the parts to show the price to show their customers that they’re not trying to rip them off. We’ve been here twice before for different reasons and we thought we were quoted, serviced and billed fair, until today. I was asking nicely trying to understand the pricing but the girls started being defensive and told me next time to bring our own parts if we want to and started being irritable with my 5yr old.

Comment : I showed up the day after Thanksgiving with a leak in my tire. They had it in, repaired, and back on the road in under an hour for less than $30 all in. The reception staff was kind and explained all findings. This is a gem of a shop . I went to the Metcalf location in Overland Park.

Comment : I was pleasantly happy with mt first visit to Oades. I was given real advice and they helped me with my car issues. Even though I wasn't able to get what I wanted done that day, I will be back so they can finish the job. I trust them and that means a lot!

Comment : Drove up from out of state, had to replace my tires. They got me in no problem, service was quick&laid back. It was less then my own shop woulda cost me at home, too. And were very sweet and patient with my little and helped fix his toy, too. 11 outta 10!
