Comment : Wish I could give zero stars. This company started out as a great place to go. But since they moved it has gone down hill. I do repairs on my car myself but will get the diagnostic done so I know exactly what I need to replace. It seems that every time I get something fixed that when I go back for the alignment that’s I’ve been trying to get done for over six months at this point there is something else that needs fixed before they can do the alignment. Today’s visit was literally a part that was replaced in the last 30 days! I will never take a vehicle to them again. Once getting the alignment completed at a different shop I found out the tie rod had zero play. They also charge you for different levels of diagnostic testing then once the work is complete there are new things that they missed or messed up and didn’t put on the report. There is also one day time office employee who has no business taking to customers are she is rude and argumentative. The girl who works in the evening is amazing.

Comment : I worked directly with Doug and Josephine and they were great! I walked in pretty close to closing time with an engine rumble and they immediately jumped to work trying to diagnose it. Doug quickly figured out the issue and had parts ordered and Jo was very personable and explained everything on the desk side of things, making the process easy.

Chat GPT offered two options. The first place I went to said that they could get me in that afternoon to look at a tire. There were no cars waiting in the lot.
Oades Brothers was busy and they said they would take a quick look and have a diagnosis in 15 minutes. That's exactly what I wanted to hear.
Very satisfied and will do business with them when I can.

Comment : I?ve now used Oades Brothers twice and both experiences have been outstanding.
The first time, I brought my car in for an issue and their quote came in significantly lower than what the dealership gave me. They were honest, straightforward, and took great care of me throughout the process.
More recently, I brought the same car back in thinking I might have another issue. Instead of trying to sell me on repairs, they walked me through the situation and helped me realize it made more sense to just turn the car in at the end of my lease. That kind of honesty is hard to find.
They even took the time to fix a small dent on the side for me, which they absolutely didn?t have to do.
All around, just a great experience. Trustworthy, fair, and genuinely good people. I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
