Comment : Requested alignment on my 2017 Yukon, got it back same day mechanic said they aligned it no issues. Even mentioned it was out. Still pulled left. Took it back in a second time, they said the tie rod nut was froze and they put a ton of heat on it trying to grit it to move with a torch but no luck. How did it get properly aligned it the first time? Manager had no clue or answer for my question. Took it home, installed new tie rod. While doing so I noticed the heat they put on the tie rod melted a hole in the plastic cv boot and grease was starting to spin out of it. Took pictures shared them with the manager. He was argumentative right out of the gate, said when I brought it back to get it properly aligned for the 3rd time he would look at it and decide if they were going to replace the boot (I specifically asked for them to replace a 15$ boot not the whole shaft) showed up for the 3rd go around and he had conveniently left for the day (mid day)

No resolution
No integrity
No more business from my family, friends and anyone that will listen.

Recommend you find another shop- Christian Bros is a honorable shop

Comment : David got us in same day for an inspection on my husband’s car. All of the front counter staff were very friendly. Very clean waiting area. We dropped off at 12:30 and it was done at 1:30pm. Highly recommend them if you live in Lee’s summit.

Comment : genuinely helpful set of guys, always have been patient with vehicles i’ve taken in with care. Have brought multiple vehicles such as an older mr2 and have always cared for the car to not get damaged and such!
