Comment : I am a long time Nutech customer. I brought my Toyota Camry XLE here for service for many years, and received honest service and great prices. Three years ago I bought a Lexus ES 350, and took it to the dealer for service for two years since service was free. Year three at the dealer, prices were high for simple things, and the upsell was unreal, even though I had low mileage on my car. So I was happy to get back to Nutech, where prices are still great, and also fit perfectly with the AAA promotional 44 point maintenance deal. Nutech also diagnosed my car and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary items. Jimmy and his technician were polite and professional at all times, just as I remember.

Comment : I called to ask about a possible ABS issue with my car and expected basic customer service, but the person who answered was rude and unprofessional. I was only asking for information and felt unwelcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience was disappointing.

Comment : I came in for an alignment after installing new tires, and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

After the alignment, my steering wheel was clearly off-center, which should not happen if the job is done properly. When I brought it up, I was told there was “nothing they could do,” which is not acceptable for a basic alignment issue.

I understand the vehicle has a lift kit, but that does not justify leaving the alignment incomplete. At the very least, the steering wheel should be centered, and any limitations should be clearly explained along with possible solutions.

When I asked what could be done to fix the issue, I was told to “buy a new car,” which I found extremely unprofessional and dismissive.

There was no real effort to troubleshoot or help resolve the problem. I would not recommend this shop if you are looking for a proper alignment or professional service.

Comment : The owner accused me of being on drugs and being an addict while I was at work on speaker phone with a client. I’ve never been more embarrassed and harassed so openly.
