Comment : 10/10 I would recommend, Staff were amazing, They helped me get into a truck. They are very reliable and down to earth. I told them the ballpark of what I wanna pay and they nailed it right on. I left with my wife, and she was happy and In love with my truck. I plan to go back Later down the line for our next vehicle. The owner himself is very understanding and straightforward.

Comment : Alrighty. I have been in the market for a specific 2024 car for quite some time now, and I have been waiting for them to fall into my budget/save up as much as I can for it. I found one here that was exactly what I was looking for and very close to what I could afford...so I made an appointment to test drive the car.

I was helped by their salesman Liam during this entire encounter, and he was great. I always believe honesty is the greatest value in any interaction and I was up front with him about my budget and my financial limitations at the time, in hopes that I could actually purchase this car. This wasnt a matter of getting the best deal, but rather, simply trying to buy a car that I could afford vs not being able to afford it. I believe Liam (and his sales manager) understood that and worked with me patiently, respectfully and professionally and we were able get deal done that seemed to have made everyone happy!

Everything about the day was great. Prior to this, I've seen good and bad reviews. I suppose perfection isn't realistic and everyone is bound to have a bad experience somewhere due to a variety of different reasons. However, I chose to not let those few rare reviews deter me and figured I would just try it out...and I am glad I did.

The entire process was honestly pretty fun and the other customers I observed (and conversations I could overhear) certainly didnt seem problematic or frustrating in anyway.

I think this is a good business, and I am very happy with the experience I had here.

So, thank you Liam and the Sales Team at Nucar Tilton!

Comment : I had an amazing experience at Nucar of Concord! The entire process of purchasing my new car was incredibly easy from start to finish. The team was friendly, helpful, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how transparent and supportive they were throughout the whole experience. Kevin and Tyler were fantastic!

I was able to drive home in my new vehicle the very same day, and it truly couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend Nucar of Concord to anyone looking for an stress-free car-buying experience!

Comment : I purchased a vehicle from the Nucar Concord, NH location. The day I purchased the vehicle I was told that it was a trade in that same day and they had not yet replaced the oil, tires, wipers and checked it for issues so I had to leave it there for service. After going back and picking up the vehicle I noticed a lack of response from the vehicle, steering was vibrating, the tires were really loud that wasn't there before, wipers are really cheap and don't work very well and some of the things they said they would do, per sales, were not done and the vehicle was dirty. I took it back and requested they take a look at it. Note that one tire was at 18, two at 34 and the last tire was a 40 psi. There is a rattling coming from the engine department as well. I left the vehicle over night and when I went back they showed me that the alignment was way off and thus they corrected it. They said the rattling in the engine compartment is normal and road noise from the tires is normal and they checked the pressure and it was fine so I should be all set. I drove it away and the tire noise was still there and the tire pressure was still the same so needless to say they did an alignment and nothing else. Funny how they said they checked and corrected the air pressure before giving me back the vehicle. What would you think of this? I then took it to a mechanic and he states that there is dimpling of the rear left tire or the hub is going and he corrected the tire air pressure and the rattling from the engine compartment is something he would have to look further into. So what would you think of this? I took it back and went on a couple of road tests and the noise from the tires was very present and so loud that my mechanic states it is not tolerable and I should take the vehicle back. During the test drive with the mechanic supervisor and then the sales manager at Nucar they both stated they could not hear the noise. What would you think at this point. It's obvious they don't want to repair the problem; this being the case then the price of the vehicle should have been lower. I then purchased a couple of tires and took the vehicle to tire warehouse where they tell me that it won't make a difference as the noise is coming from the wheel hubs and it will run me over a $1,000 to have them repaired. Still I had the tires replaced and I was also told that the tires that were on the vehicle are older models and you can tell they have been sitting around for quite a while as they are already showing signs of drying out on the sides. So I hope this review is read because if you are a woman that doesn't know much about vehicles this place will take advantage of it. Final note; while waiting for the results of the 1st test drive during the 2nd time I took it back there was another woman in the waiting room with issues with her vehicle she purchased and she as well wasn't getting the help she needed. We pay a lot of money for these vehicles and we should at least be able to drive it away feeling safe and satisfied with the purchase. My experience was obviously not safe or satisfying and now it's costing me a lot of money. I guess I'm one of the unlucky patrons at this dealership. I read through all of the 5 star reviews before going to this dealership and now I can only think that they are fabricated. Shopper be ware!
