Comment : 0 | My Experience - 0.0/5.0 - | Very stressful, ins claim. IT took 50 days to replace a steering rack. Ins company's preferred place. Should of taken 2 days to get an estimate and took 20 because of poor communication between service and collision departments. After that it was an excuse week after week, 50 days later, I finally get it back. Ridiculous! 0.5 | Likely to Recommend - 0.5/5.0 - | Was a very stressful 50 days because of incompetence. 0.5 | Repair Quality - 0.5/5.0 - | NUCAR totally botched my ins claim. NUCAR is STATE FARM'S preferred collision center. Told me I would have an estimate in a couple days and things would be streamlined as they are in there system. 22 days later I got the estimate after much stress, numerous calls and two in person visits. 50 days later I got my vehicle back after more stress, phone calls and visits. Burned through 30 days of ins rental and had to pay 20 days out of my pocket for a rental. All for a lowsy steering rack and alignment ( 1 day of labor). They never touched the bumper that was damaged. Collision manager said he would try to help me with the rental fee but nothing from him, 3 business days later. I then paid for my Enterprise rental for an additional 5 days so that the repairs were completed. 4.5 | Customer Service - 4.5/5.0 - | Polite, friendly but were surprised that requested work had not been completed 5 | Returned Clean
