The phone systems sucks. Seems to be AI operated and is a huge mess and very difficult to get to a live human. They don't return calls and don't let you know when the vehicle is done. They also try to hit you up and all kinds of added service you didn't request. They used to be good but frankly I would seek an alternative service company. 1 Reviews Rene demers Tilton, NH Reviewed : 04/20/2026 Comment : Busy 1 Reviews Logan sullivan Tilton, NH Reviewed : 04/17/2026 Comment : I worked with Mike Zaccheo I came in upside down and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and made sure I was happy driving off the lot I HIGHLY recommend going to him directly and working out a deal . Thank you Mike for getting me in something I not only love but can afford . 1 Reviews G g Tilton, NH Reviewed : 04/15/2026 Comment : We were interested in trading our 2024 vehicle for a bit of an upgrade. We saw some 2026 possibilities on the NuCar website and stopped in. Those particular vehicles weren?t onsite in Tilton (not a showstopper for us). Lisa Young worked with us to go over the features of all the NuCar available possibilities. It turned out there was a less expensive *brand new* 2025 with everything we wanted at one of their locations in Vermont! She had it onsite in Tilton the next day. The purchase process was straightforward and we felt we got a fair deal on our trade-in. Lisa was meticulous in helping us set up our new vehicle and has kept in touch to make sure we remain satisfied. Can?t recommend this dealership, or Lisa, highly enough. Great experience; we?ll definitely consider NuCar first in the future. 1 Reviews Eyce2026 Tilton, NH Reviewed : 04/09/2026 Comment : I was excited to see an outlet mall 1 Reviews Andy arsenault Tilton, NH Reviewed : 04/02/2026 Comment : Absolutely unacceptable experience with Nucar in Tilton. My nephew bought a car there just a month ago, only to have issues already. When he brought it back, they told him the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced ? and that it would take a couple of days because they were sourcing a used part from New Jersey. Here?s the kicker: they wanted to charge him $1,100 for it. Seriously?I stepped in, picked up a brand new mass air flow sensor myself for $105, and had it installed in about 15 minutes. No excuse for trying to charge a teenager that kind of money for a simple fix.Shame on this dealership for attempting to take advantage of a young customer. Do better. 1 Reviews Larry morse Tilton, NH Reviewed : 03/29/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Chris mcelhiney Tilton, NH Reviewed : 03/26/2026 Comment : I searched for over a week for a truck had one listed no pictures drove in to see it bough the next day lisa young had all the paper ready the next day drove home that night with it couldnt be happier 1 Reviews Herry hawk Tilton, NH Reviewed : 03/20/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Daniel iacobucci Tilton, NH They're also citing a 2025 inspection visit to dispute concerns dating back to 2022. Yes the car failed inspection recently... for brakes I declined to have them fix, because at this point I don't trust them to touch it. A car still having problems three years in speaks for itself. The fleet vehicle disclosure? Still nothing. Draw your own conclusions.'> Reviewed : 03/20/2026 Comment : I?ve paid cash for every car I?ve ever owned. I hate financing; cars lose value fast and I?ve always saved to avoid payments. But three years ago my transmission died without warning, stranding me in Tilton with my wife and our 2-year-old. I needed wheels that day. Nucar was closest, and they saw exactly what they had. They narrowed it down to two choices and pushed the 2018 Rogue; 67k miles, nearly $29k? telling me it was the only thing my credit would approve. I didn?t have time to push back. I signed. Biggest mistake of my life. From day one: blown speakers they half-fixed, and coolant leaking immediately. When I brought it up they told me fluid loss is normal. I?ve wrenched on used beaters my whole life; I know what normal is. Coolant doesn?t disappear within two months unless something?s wrong. They knew that too. They?ve since admitted it?s a real leak. Now it?s my problem. They held the ?normal? line just long enough. At one point during service they discarded my car parts without asking. Had to fight to get them back. Two years in I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They had trouble identifying the car and eventually figured out why; it was listed under a fleet. Nucar never mentioned that once. I found out by accident, two years after signing.I didn?t write this three years ago because I kept hoping they?d do right by it. They just admitted the leak is real and told me I?m on my own. Then called a week later trying to sell me another car. That?s why I?m writing this now. That?s the model: get you upside-down, then offer you a way out? into another loan. I?m still underwater on a car they knew had problems when they sold it to me.One service manager genuinely tried to help. Everyone else ran the playbook. If you?re ever in a desperate situation? get a second opinion, drive further, wait longer. Run a Carfax before you sign anything. Do anything except let these people see you sweat. That?s when they move in.EDIT 03/20/2026The owner responded. Notably, not a single word about the undisclosed fleet history. Their entire defense is that issues weren't documented... but that's exactly the problem. I did bring up the coolant leak. They told me fluid loss was normal and sent me home. If their team didn't write it down, that's on them, not me. Either they failed to document it or they're only showing the records that help their case. Neither is a good look. They're also citing a 2025 inspection visit to dispute concerns dating back to 2022.
