Comment : Finally, a nice way to buy a car. No stress. No sales tactics. No haggling. If you want the car, here's the price. We worked with Joel, who was awesome. He knew a lot about each car we looked at, helped us buy a car at a great price, and then followed up twice to make sure we were happy. I cannot recommend this place enough if you need a used car.

Comment : I recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Scott Misino. He was honest & straightforward. He was not pushy when upon my 1st visit to Novak, I told him I was simply doing some research. He then spent some additional time w/ my wife to review a few vehicles of interest w/ her. We were able to close a deal in 1 day on a separate visit. I'll return in the future to work w/ Scott again & would refer him to family, friends, and colleagues going forward. Great experience overall w/ Novak.

Comment : This was my second truck I purchased from Novak Motors. The experience was no pressure and friendly. I thought the deal was fair and I hope this truck holds up as well as my last purchase.
