Comment : If you ever need your new car fixed NEVER take it to nourse in Chillicothe. They had my car since mother’s day weekend and they just dropped it off TODAY. My car had water coming in the third row for who knows how long and they refused to give us any updates on what was the issue and gave us the run around. They said it was a seal on the back windows they “fixed” that I went to go pick it up a week after having no car. They said it was “fixed” and I made it to the edge of the dealership and water poured out the driver side seat belt hole. So i drove my car back and said this is unexceptable im not taking my car back it isnt fixed. They gave me a rental. I called left messages for a month NO ONE responded. They cant give you any details on what was actually wrong with my car all they say is it was sent off site.

They just dropped my car off this morning this what I got back are you kidding me… my roof is still water stained they said the “checked” for mold and steam cleaned my head liner. What a joke. 😒

Additionally, my car is still under its new car warranty.

Comment : HBought 2nd car here . Paid off, just , then car died aww. Had towed there . Car had power train warranty that's bs . Only one has ever been paid on ever. My car sat , after being towed there. Then after no work being done , got charged for storage ? Hmm. Got registered letter suing us saying we owed $$$$$$. Told me they'd sell car to pay for it. Hmm. Sales not good eh? Yup, cheesy. Wont pay out on the so called great warranty no matter how long u got car lol. Baha. Now no car credit in toilet thank u ! ,btw it wouldn't post one I just spent hour on, saying I put quotation marks somewhere . I erased it and still wouldn't post. If they don't agree with u it's not honna post. Period. Don't believe these guys ! Only once have they actually used powertrain warranty and fixed car . But make sure meticulous records on hand as if one not there they deny and laugh in yer face as they did to me.

Comment : Easy out of state buying experience. Bought a 2022 F150 Raptor and worked with Jake primarily. No hidden fees and the paperwork and financing were easy. I wish all car buying experiences were as easy as this 10/10
