Comment : I ll give the most honest review I can for the people who are thinking about shopping here Don t, go anywhere else. I have bought a new car there and recently bought a used car. So I bought I used 2020 on Friday and started noticing some trouble witch shifting not a day later, and by Sunday the service light came on and it was shifting incredibly hard. I call nourse on Monday and they tell me to bring it in to get serviced on Tuesday, saying it ll be covered under warranty and if they need to keep it to fix it I ll get a rental. Well Tuesday came and I dropped the vehicle off to get serviced, well I had to call after 5-7-8 hours to get any information on what was happening cause they didn t call with any update. Finally after getting transferred to the mechanic he said it was going to need a whole new transmission and he was submitting the warranty paper work. I wasn t able to get a rental car to cover me like they said I d be able to. So now my family only has one car and I ve had to miss two days of work and I m still having to call and try to figure out what s going and am not getting any answers or a rental car to cover me. I can t confirm if they new about the issues when they sold it to me but I m pretty sure they did. So if you ve read this far and still plan on shopping there I highly recommend you take a second and think it over, it would be less of a pain and burden financially and save yourself some aggravation for you to go somewhere else. Comment : We have purchased several vehicles from Nourse in the past. We have found them to be both helpful and low pressure. We recently purchased a Passport, Trailsport from them in January. If you are looking for a great used car, truck or SUV I highly recommend them. We were treated very well from Karen Virgin, the used car sale manager, and the rest of the staff.
