Comment : 10/10 recommend!!!!! From scheduling the appointment, to the spotless waiting room, to the EXCELLENT care they took of my vehicle...I can't recommend this shop enough. They explained what they were doing and why, which is so appreciated.

I live in Stowe and had a beyond awful experience with the one shop in town where there's zero customer service, lack of transparency in pricing, filthy waiting area, angry receptionist, no estimates...just awful.

Notch Road Auto Repair is THE BEST and well worth the drive from anywhere. I finally feel like my vehicle is in good hands again! Vermont can be tough on cars and it's critical to have a mechanic you can trust.

Comment : Drove all the way from Colorado to Smuggler's Notch with my dogs and I had a pretty catastrophic wheel bearing failure. They got me towed in immediately and back on the road within a day. Took great care of me and my dogs during the wait and have a very nice and comfortable waiting area with snacks and beverages (and wifi). Truly life saving since I literally had no place to stay without my car. Prices were also very fair and extremely reasonable. These guys are amazing! Comment : Incredibly helpful and kind. Leaving Smuggs, we got stuck in a snow ditch making a turn, and they had us pulled out and on the road in under 30 minutes from initial call. I can't thank them enough!

Comment : The nice man with the beard working 2/1/25 at around 4 P.M. saved my day. Flat tire, every repair shop closed, this guy picked up the phone in one ring, said he d be there in 20 minutes, 10 minutes later he s there. This man deserves the world, nicest guy ever.
