Comment : Very kind folks helped us get back on the road quickly after our car broke down. Visiting from out of town and had a radiator problem late on a Thursday and the nice guys at Notch got us fixed up and out before the weekend. Honest, solid work for which we were grateful!

I live in Stowe and had a beyond awful experience with the one shop in town where there's zero customer service, lack of transparency in pricing, filthy waiting area, angry receptionist, no estimates...just awful.

Notch Road Auto Repair is THE BEST and well worth the drive from anywhere. I finally feel like my vehicle is in good hands again! Vermont can be tough on cars and it's critical to have a mechanic you can trust.

Comment : Drove all the way from Colorado to Smuggler's Notch with my dogs and I had a pretty catastrophic wheel bearing failure. They got me towed in immediately and back on the road within a day. Took great care of me and my dogs during the wait and have a very nice and comfortable waiting area with snacks and beverages (and wifi). Truly life saving since I literally had no place to stay without my car. Prices were also very fair and extremely reasonable. These guys are amazing! Comment : Incredibly helpful and kind. Leaving Smuggs, we got stuck in a snow ditch making a turn, and they had us pulled out and on the road in under 30 minutes from initial call. I can't thank them enough!
