I bought a car from this dealership a couple months ago and soon after I experienced some issues with my car loan which was $1000 over what we had agreed on along with car issues. The owner promised to make it right and i was told he'd give me $1000 credit towards any repair. Earlier this week I took my car to their repair shop and found that my thermostat needed to be replaced. They charged me close to $700 which was extremely pricy to replace and On my way home from getting it repaired my car began to leak all the coolant and overheat. They said they were not responsible although stating that due to the new thermostat being replaced it might have created enough pressure to cause something to rupture and cause a leak and that they could look at it and fix it but I had to pay $250 to tow it back to them along with $150 for the leak. I had no choice so I had it towed to be repaired and the leak repaired. A day later I was driving to work and again noticed my coolant was leaking, hakim an employee there once again told me to tow it back to them and that they would fix the leak but would have to charge me. Frustrated and feeling skeptical about the work they had done and how all of a sudden I had begun to experience mechanical problems right after taking my car to them, I took my car to a family mechanic. He found the leak and charged me $40 to diagnose and fix it, he also pointed out that it looked like someone had tampered with the radiator drain and therefore it had been damaged causing a leak. My car is in worse condition than it was before I know need a new radiator and the thermostat they replaced is faulty and does not work properly. A lux auto does not live by integrity and is dishonest to their customers and will rip people off without thinking about its customers.
