Comment : Five stars for outstanding service. I scheduled an appointment online after hearing a scraping noise from my car. The earliest available slot was a week out, but after reading my notes, the shop actually called me and said it sounded more serious and I should come in sooner. They fit me in the very next day, even though they were clearly busy.

It turned out to be a seized caliper that had taken out one of my front brake pads and a rotor. They diagnosed it quickly and got everything fixed the same day.

I really appreciate that they took time out of their packed schedule to make sure I was safe. That kind of care and attention means a lot.

Highly recommended.

Comment : We just had 2 vehicles undercoated. We drove away and the vehicles were clean and only a slight smell of oil and no mess on the driveway when we returned home... (Unfortunately that wasn't the case with the last business we hired for the same service). We were extremely pleased with Northwood Garage and just booked for a 3rd vehicle to be undercoated this week.
