Comment : Quick and accurate diagnosis of the issue (including a ride along to demonstrate the noise). Car was scheduled and fixed the same day. Having a clean courtesy loaner car, for just the cost of the gas used, is super convenient and appreciated. But none of this is a surprise to me since I have been a regular customer of the Northwood Garage for over 40 years.
