Comment : been a customer there for nearly 30 years and would NEVER let any place else work on my car. had my car on their lot on Tues appt was Wed and they called me tues my car was done. done 24 hrs before my appt. you ain't gonna get that kinda service at no car dealership that's for sure!

Comment : People were nice. They changed my right rear brake light, but they forgot to put my cover back on they took off to change the brake light. Changed my oil. Wasn't expecting the cost of the oil change. All in all it was a good experience. Still need the brake light cover out back on . I'm sure they will do it when I get a minute to take it back to them.People were nice. Comment : Years ago I gave you all EXCELLENT REVIEWS.Extremely disappointed with the treatment that I have received this morning due to forgetting an appointment.A customer should NEVER be talked to rudely or hung up on due to forgetting an appointment.Life happens people!As customers, we do have a right to change our mind on a location.My second time having to reschedule an appointment for my current vehicle and this is the treatment that I have received.I hope the customer service gets better.I have brought two other vehicles to you all for business and have been treated like this.Never again.Years ago I gave you all EXCELLENT REVIEWS.Extremely disappointed with the treatment that I have received this morning due More
