Comment : I appreciated how Erin at the Northtown Auto Clinic worked closely to keep me up-to-date on all the work being done on my car, including when they could start, when the parts were expected to come in, when the work was done and my car road tested, and recommended additional work to make my car being safer to drive. I would recommend highly recommend them.

Comment : I had my car break down at work and gave them a call by chance since they were nearby. Spoke with Erin, and she was very polite and respectful. I had my car towed over for them to take a look. They were a little short on staff at the time, so diagnosing the issue and fixing it took a little longer than expected (not their fault). They did a full check-up for the main issue and everything else. My car has a few hundred thousand miles on it and hasn't seen a mechanic in a few years, so I went ahead and had some preventative work done that they suggested. They were very informative on each issue (what part, what the problem was, and a picture). I never felt like I was being pressured into getting anything more than the main problem fixed. Since I had coverage, they offered a rental free of charge, which was awesome! It ended up taking about 4 business days to fix, but that was fine because of the rental, and my car was undriveable going in. It's been a couple of weeks since getting my car back, and it works great! I couldn't be happier!
