Comment : Person who helped me added services that I didn't ask for , and would not honor the coupon on the app that I've been using for the last 5 years then when I brought these issues up at check out the manager and cashier said they still do honor coupon .

Comment : I had an appointment for something that should have taken no more than three hours tops. 6 hours later they finally finished and only told me it was ready after I went and asked.

Comment : What I liked was the completion of oil change, one recall and two updates. What I didn't like was that it took 5.5 hours and no one informed me. I had to seek out the service manager for why it was taking so long.

Comment : The staff at Northside Chevrolet were absolutely amazing as I pulled up i was greeted right away and when I was escorted inside the staff was cheerful and welcoming, never had I had such wonderful service will be coming back to get my other vehicle serviced....side note the blonde lady at the front gave me great advise my reward points on my app can be used for future oil changes! Even better!!!

Comment : It was suppose to take 10 days and it took 30 days they tell you one thing and then dead ears tryed calling and no answer no response and then one day out of the blue oh do you still want this and that with no price quoted upset and disappointed with these guys
