Comment : Maybe they made enough money this month. I place an order for a car on Amazon- (Yes it's a thing) and they had 24 hours to reach out to close the deal. Comment : I paid for a tire rotation, but the service was not performed. I had marked the tires beforehand and confirmed they were still in the exact same positions afterward. I had to complain before the rotation was finally completed. Very disappointing experience and lack of attention to the service I paid for. I would not recommend this shop.

Comment : I had a hard time getting a hold of my advisor for updates of my vehicle, I left messages and emails. After work was completed, my vehicle did not operate correctly even after several visits. I finally got tired of wasting time and went to a different dealership, they found the issue within hours. Turns out that the northside technician did faulty work. I was very disappointed!
