Comment : I used Northridge Service to help with my sister car. Her tire blew out and she needed to get it changed out to her spare tires. Mahsum was the driver assigned to my request call. It was estimated that he'll take about an hour to get to us but he called he right after the request was put in and that he was ten minutes away.

Mahsum found us quickly and went straight to work. He swapped out the bad tire to the spare and put the bad tire in the trunk for us.

Comment : Car wouldn’t start ,called AAA and had George from Northridge services at my car within 20 minutes, was very helpful and told me what the problem was and fixed it. Very courteous. Would recommend them anytime.

Comment : ENTITLED OFFICE MANAGER- I had a technician come out and check out my battery through AAA. I called the number because I had a very nice call me earlier just to double check on how much the battery would cost and the office “manager “ AMANDA, was quite rude. First, it sounded like if she was away from the phone. I asked her if she could get closer as i couldn’t hear. Then, I politely asked if i had gotten the price was correct and her reply was very unprofessional, “if that’s what they told you and that’s what it is” so I said well, that’s not a nice answer. Then, I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. Then she got mad when I told her it wasn’t very professional the way she addresses situations and she hung up. I would highly reconsider having a manager like that. Imagine if this is the office manager… and this is the example she sets. Not a good look. So sad, the guy who helped me earlier was so nice. What a bummer!

Comment : Completely incompetent and the dispatcher is rude. Don't ever call them for a battery test as they can't even diagnosis that correctly. They will tell you it's the battery so they can sell you one when in reality it's your alternator. Then when you call them and tell them your car died and did the exact same thing they get very defensive. The tech was so sloppy installing the battery he didnt tighten up the hose clamp and didnt connect the air intake back which he had to remove to get the battery out. He did a terrible job.I have no clue why AAA even uses them I have filed a formal complaint with AAA. Beware!!! 0 stars!

Comment : ⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Northridge Service Inc., who came out through AAA to tow my Tesla. The driver arrived with a terrible attitude—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He flat-out refused to tow my car, gave me a hard time, and acted like helping a customer was a burden. I was left stranded with no support or solution.

This company clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and if this is who AAA is contracting with, it seriously damages their reputation too. Towing is already stressful enough—dealing with an angry and disrespectful driver just made it worse. I wouldn’t trust them with any vehicle, let alone a Tesla. Stay far away.

The technician Juan A Ramirez helped me in a very kind and professional manner taking care of every detail to ensure my car was transported safely on the tow truck .thank you Northridge Service and congratulations for having employees like Tony
