Comment : I recently had the opportunity to purchase a 2024 Santa Cruz here at Northpoint in Derby and it was hands down one of the best experiences Ive had purchasing a vehicle. Heather from Sales was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable! She helped me through the whole process and made it incredibly easy for me. Bobbyjo from finance was also very personable and helpful through the finalization of the sale.

Overall I had a wonderful experience, I got a great deal, they took all of the stress out of car shopping- and I will be sure to come back when the time comes!

Comment : I purchased a Jeep Cherokee non plug in hybrid first of February. I love this car! I am now getting 39.5 MPG And still moving upward. It is a very smooth ride. As smooth as or better than my Pacifica. The staff at Northpoint went above and beyond to help me purchase this Jeep as I live in Asheville NC and this was a tough car to find anywhere In January. No regrets. After owning this Cherokee Hybrid for almost 3months, I can say it is the Best car I have ever owned and great service. Special thanks to Brian, Chris, Bobby Jo, Dave and Hank.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : My experience was not good at all. I have had good service with the people that worked on my vehicle. Not at all with the parts/service department. I got batteries in two key fob the other day. One is broken and the other wasnt returned. I didn't notice until later, my car battery was dead so bought a new one and it was put in after they closed. I could not get a call back (5x's calling from when they opened the next day) and was treated so rudely by Cody. He wouldn't even give me the general managers number. I asked for camera footage, he said there was none and when I questioned that said "what if there isn't any?". Im disgusted.
