Comment : This car buying purchase from North Park Lincoln went way smoother than I expected which was a huge plus. I worked with Adam Garcia and his assistant Phillip Davis on the vehicle purchase and have nothing but great things to say about their level of exemplary service and communication I received. I shopped online and picked out the car I wanted and called the dealership in advance, then upon arrival Adam had my vehicle up front and ready to test drive. He’s great with open communication and kept me informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Thank You Adam and Phillip for your down to earth personality and excellent service! Overall great team and exceptional service!

I then worked with Shelby Corpus the finance manager and received another great experience. Shelby very professional and extremely efficient with the financing. He truly made the paperwork process easy and understandable. By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Comment : I worked with Roger Zamarripa at North Park. He was honest, straightforward, and fair from the start. There was no pressure at all. I was able to move forward confidently and ended up getting into a car the same day.

He made everything easy and stress-free, which is not something you always expect when walking into a dealership. I’d absolutely go back to Roger and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, honest car buying experience.

Comment : I bought a 2019 discovery Land Rover from here. I only had the car for five months. In the car broke down I called the dealership and they told me it was nothing that they can do to call my extended warranty the The warranty was a joke. They’re only trying to cover a percentage of the car and leave me with the big balance. I want you to be careful of buying a used car from here because they don’t care what they’re selling. I read another story on here where a person was sold a Land Rover that was broke down to, so I advise you to listen and have caution when buying a used car from here because the manager There’s nothing they can do

Comment : We just drove away with our 6th Lincoln from North Park. We will not drive anything else nor work with any other dealership. From our very first time at their old I-35 & Judson location, each time is somehow more enjoyable than the last. Everyone that we have dealt with over the years from sales to finance to service to delivery drivers have made every visit totally stress free. We worked with Casper, Brandon & Chris this last occasion. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 27. Looking forward to our next Lincoln. P.S. We can't forget about the nice young lady at the coffee and expresso bar. That was the icing on the cake!!!
