Comment : Mr Omar, shop manager, really helped me out. Him and Tech/mechanic Clay explained my problems with my vehicle (even showing me where I had a huge problem and why due to the heavy hands of another non-metro motor company), helped me prioritize my repairs, and got me in for a suitable time. Metro Motor has a solid reputation for the DC Metro area repair shops no matter with whom I’ve spoken and this location may become one of my regulars based on their top notch customer service.

Comment : I made a few calls earlier this morning to get prices for state inspections and emission tests. When I called here they told me it would cost $8 and they said there was no line. I came around 1 1/2 hours after the call and they pulled my car into the garage for service immediately. They said it would be about 30 minutes so I took a walk in the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice spring weather. I thought the man said it would be $8 for each test/inspection but no! It was $8 TOTAL and they even have a sign outside to advertise that deal too! I came back in 30 minutes and luckily I only needed an inspection so I actually only paid $3 today. I would recommend this place to everyone for these services because they are priced well and work very fast. I will be back in a few months for my $5 emissions test LOL

Comment : Went here the other day to get a safety inspection and an emissions test.I feel they tried to scam me into spending more money.The safety test went well but then they stated that my truckwasn t readable on their reader machine and that my vehicle struggled to start (all of a sudden) they then tried to get me to spend $179 for them to see what the issue was I immediately felt like something wasn t right. My truck never had issues starting and when I told them that, the guy had a half smirk on his face and stated that he was being nice and let my safety inspection pass although I needed two new front tires. Long story short, I walked out, went to another place and everything was fine. My truck had no issues being read once I left. This is just my experience..
