Comment : Went here the other day to get a safety inspection and an emissions test.I feel they tried to scam me into spending more money.The safety test went well but then they stated that my truckwasn t readable on their reader machine and that my vehicle struggled to start (all of a sudden) they then tried to get me to spend $179 for them to see what the issue was I immediately felt like something wasn t right. My truck never had issues starting and when I told them that, the guy had a half smirk on his face and stated that he was being nice and let my safety inspection pass although I needed two new front tires. Long story short, I walked out, went to another place and everything was fine. My truck had no issues being read once I left. This is just my experience.. Comment : Went to another local shop and was quoted $129 + $60 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. This was way more than the dealer and just about everyone else. Yet the other shop has an almost 5 star Google review. The car is a small four cylinder Mazda 3 not a BMW or Benz. I went on Google, saw the reviews and called Metro Motor. They could take me a little later in the day and they offered to change the oil and rotate tires for a lot less than the dealer and the other local shop. Metro Motor also did a few other things I had been putting off (transmission and other fluid changes). They also noticed an oil valve gasket leak. The pricing was way better than the Mazda dealer. For the gasket, Metro had OEM parts delivered by the dealer the same day. The mechanic stayed past closing to finish the whole job. Omar the manager was great. Comment : Took my Subaru Outback to Metro Motors for an Oil Charge, Smog Test and Virginia Inspection. They are three blocks from my house and I drive by their business daily. Decided to give a local mechanic the business and not go to a Franchise of a National chain . The car was ready when they promised and the service was impeccable. Comment : My car conked out at the gas pump. The whole staff was welcoming and informative. I was able to leave my car at the pump, I signed the paperwork and felt like it was in good hands. They diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. They even told me to bring it back if I had other problems.

Comment : I would give this place 100 stars if I could. An absolute hidden gem. They are honest, fair, and helpful. They helped affix my front license plate for free. Full synth oil change and tire rotation under $100. Safety inspection in 20 minutes with no line. Best place around!
