Comment : Charles and Tony were great! They explained all the issues that needed repairs, and even sent me videos as part of the estimate so I could have the full picture of what needed to be repaired.

The only minor issue was there ended up being another part that needed to be replaced, that they didn’t call to give me an update on. This led to the final bill increasing above the cost estimate I signed for. However, they did work with me when I caught it to get the price closer to the estimate, so I really appreciated that - and the fact that they took extra care of my car. Overall, they are an honest team and I would go back to them again.

Comment : After getting completely screwed over by a dealership repair shop, I brought my car here and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were able to diagnose the issues quickly, sent videos to show me what was wrong, discussed a game plan with me, and were able to get the work done the same day and at a reasonable price. Tony was a pleasure to deal with - he didn’t talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. When I had concerns about being able to afford all the needed work in one appointment, he even helped me to prioritize the most urgent repairs, and they gave me a generous discount to help me out. Altogether a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be returning for my car’s regular maintenance!
