Comment : I feel like I was sold a lemon. I got a 2018 Subaru Forester limited edition. Told me it was fully serviced and the axles went bad so they replaced that, but after I think about it the car sat for 6 months on the lot so it was priced accordingly which was fair. What really pissed me off was that it should have had a fresh inspection on it. I'm only getting 4 months out of the inspection and the car already needs work and also had shitty tires on it and I asked about it and they said they replaced one tire like really? So now I got to buy tires and get the damn thing inspected. I appreciate that they got me into this vehicle cause I was in a bad spot with another dealership. Dan is a very nice guy and so is Andrew . I just feel that they could have done more. They didn't offer to put the vehicle on the lift so I could see the whole vehicle I felt like Denis wasn't listening to me when I tried to make conversation with him made me feel like I was a no body . The owner was a very nice guy but I still feel like I was crapped on by them that they just wanted a sale I also asked them to under coat the vehicle and they tried to charge me 250 lol ?? I think when I buy a vehicle it should come cleaned up waxed and detailed and it wasn't . I felt like I was sold a as is vehicle. Now I'm fighting with the bank and it not their fault . I wasn't even offered gap insurance either. Just got a 3 month warranty and was told that we fixed your axle out of the kindness of our hearts and said they paid for it but that's y there is a warranty lol . So far I had a bad experience

Comment : I recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from them originally I went in to ask them to find me a crew cab v6 Tacoma. At this time they had my current Tacoma which is an access cab 4 cylinder, they asked if I was interested in it and I said no at first. They were perfectly okay with that and didn't pressure me in the slightest. After a few days and driving by the Tacoma they had a good 100 times I stopped back in to look at it to see if it would work, I ended up taking it home. Andrew was my salesman and he was great! They put the truck on a lift for me and let me look it over for as long as I wanted, everything checked out good. The communication was great and not having any pressure made everything work really well. Any work that they?ve done on my other vehicle has been great, they had my car done within a few hours each time. 10/10 recommend them, the whole staff is nice.

Comment : Great people from the owner to every employee he hires. They treat you like family the second you walk through the door. They came through big time for me today on a car, and I couldn?t be more thankful.
Highly recommend ? they?re nothing like the pushy salespeople you find at other dealerships. Laid-back, honest, and they truly take care of you. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go.

Comment : After further research of this dealership and the car i purchased i am convinced i did business with another of Eries finest scam car dealerships. The car i have was severily overpriced and will most likely be junk within the next year. The amount of work that needs done is ridiculous. Ive had this car for a total of 7 months and the amount of stuff i have found wrong with it is dumbfounding. Some of them i noticed rite off the lot and should have walked back in and asked for my money back. Now im stuck with a dud car and 6 grand still left in payments. I am very nice to my vehicles. The problems it has are not from the last 7 months. It was issues ignored from prior. Next time i do a test drive i will be driving the vehicle directly to a shop to be thoroughly gone over. Lessons learned, takin a smak on the wrist and moving on. Im leaving this review here for closure. Do not trust this countys used car lots. They have no idea what they are selling.
