Comment : My service at this dealership is always red carpet five star. Everybody uses your name throughout the experience. They're very communicative and really work to help you out with your car. Jimmy was my service advisor this time and he was amazing!

Comment : I WAS DISPAIRING OVER GAS PRICES AND WAS LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRIC CAR. I WANTED THE LEAST COMPLICATE PROCESS SO THOUGHT I WOULD BY FROM AN INTERNET SELLER. THINGS WERE LAGGING FOR ME SO I ASKED NORM REEVES VOLKSWAGEN SUPERSTORE TO HELP ME. ROBERT YANG, DAY YANGM LOGAN LACHER AND SAM DEALBE WERE AN AMAZING TEAM IN HELPING ME DO WHAT I DID NOT THINK WAS POSSIBLE, THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH A BEAUTIFUL CARE, PROMISED ME I COULD BUY IT FOR MYSELF AND GET A REASONABLE RATE FOR THE LOAN, WALKED ME THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE CAR, AND LISTENED AS I TOLD STORIES ABOUT MYSELF (WHICH I ALWAYS DO WHEN I AM A BIT NERVOUS). THEY WERE AN AMAZING TEAM IN THE THIS PURCHASE. I AM VERY HAPPY.

Comment : If you need a VW go to my guy Nash! He was superb and knowledgeable. When he says he will take care you he will. I can't say anything but nice things about Nash and the dealership that I experienced getting my new Tiguan. From start to finish. The process was fast and smooth. No pushy salesman and straight answers. Nash understood what features I needed and was able to fulfill those needs. Wasn't trying to upsell me. I like that. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was good with my vehicle! Definitely come back and recommend Nash and Norm Reeves VW! Thank you Nash!

Comment : Had a great experience buying a car for our daughter. Stephanie went above and beyond to get us a great deal on a great car! We received excellent customer service from everyone. They made the process easy and they worked with us to get the payment we were comfortable with on the car our daughter fell in love with. Thanks for taking care of us! We will be back to buy another car in the future for sure.

Comment : This is a true professional organization. As a former automobile dealership owner, I look at the overall performance of dealerships differently than most customers. I rate this dealership 10 out of 10., And it would have been a pleasure to have everyone, of the individuals that handled my transaction, to work for me. It will be my extreme pleasure to recommend to anyone, if they are interested in buying or leasing a VW,, to do business with this dealership.

I leased my Tiguan from this dealership three years ago and had a great experience working with Logan. Unfortunately, everything since then—especially service and my recent attempt to lease an Atlas—has been extremely disappointing.

On the service side, I’ve dealt with repeated issues: things not being fixed properly and attempts to charge for items that should clearly be included, like a tire rotation. It feels like you constantly have to double-check everything.

My latest experience was the final straw. I was quoted a monthly payment of $424 in the evening and told they would follow up the next day after speaking with a manager about getting it closer to $400. Not only did no one call me back, I had to chase them myself—only to be told the price had somehow jumped to $457.

When I asked to speak with a manager, instead of receiving a call, I got a text asking me to call them. That’s not how you handle a customer complaint—especially one caused by your own team. If there’s an issue, the responsibility should be on them to follow up, not on the customer to keep chasing.

I lease multiple vehicles every few years, and I understand how these deals work. This felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics—quote one number, then overwhelm you with fast talk and shifting figures in the hope you won’t notice the difference.

The result? They’ve lost my business completely. Another dealership offered me exactly the deal I originally asked for—no games, no chasing, no surprises.

If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic follow-through, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.'>

Comment : Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones. But here we are:
