Comment : Used this repair shop for the 1st & last time to perform routine A7 & A9 service on my 2014 Mercedes E350. They assured me that they know how to maintain Mercedes, but then warned me that they cannot reset the maintenance service needed buttons in the Mercedes computer as they did nothave the software. I said whatever as I know there is a you tube tutorial that shows me how to do this. They further promised that my car would be ready for pickup later the same day. A few hrs later they called to advise that they did not have the proper transmission fluid to complete this routine preventative maintenance, & said that they couldn't get a local Mercedes dealership to respond to their calls to have the fluid delivered to them. Long story short, my car was not ready until the following day. Questions in my mind: 1-If they didn't have the proper transmission fluid in stock, why didn't they warn me? & 2- why couldn't they send a courier to the dealership to pick up the necessary fluid that day to ensure that the job could be completed the same day S they had promised? Bottom line, they were never apologetic & I doubt that their price of over $400 was much lower than what a Mercedes dealership would have charged. Whether or not the job was done according to Mercedes standards is to be determined.

Comment : I've been using NOLA Automotive for over 3 years and have recommended them to friends. It's convenient as Enterprise RAC is just a few blocks away. In Oct 2024, my battery died. I replaced it but was advised to have my battery terminals replaced as they were very corroded due to age, humidity and rain. This shop ALWAYS charges a diagnostic, even when you only need this specific thing done. They, of course found others issues to repair. No problem with that. On 12/18, car died. Clearly electrical. AAA came and said the battery was dead. Then he wiggled the wire to battery, lights came on. Next day, asked that they check their work. Another diagnostic charge. And when I picked it up, I was told all good. Except that the radio no longer worked. So much for a "diagnostic" - Last night, car died again. I did the same thing, wiggled the wire, battery got juice. I was able to start it and let it run. I got home ok. So clearly when you bring your car here, you need to tell them exactly what to do. The diagnostic is useless. It's so disappointing. And expensive. But I could chuck it up to Louisiana I don't care attitude, right?

Comment : Best shop ever! Honest, friendly, and reliable. I bought a lemon and Stacy and the guys have went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. The VW dealership misdiagnosed my car and I ended up calling all over to get it fixed, and Stacy came through. They got a lifetime customer over here.
