This shop has consistently assisted me with repairs, updating wear and tear. I asked if they could get it to a point where it will last a bit longer. They were kind, suggested that it was time to let it go, but agreed to work with me - I had a budget in mind. They worked within that budget and gave me a number of things to look for. Very kind, very supportive, but also kept me realistic.
