Comment : I have a “city” car and many of the panels/fenders needed to be reattached and tightened. They did an excellent job and didn’t try to upsell me. All this and a friendly knowledgeable staff.

Comment : If patience is a virtue, you'll reach sainthood waiting for your car here. They'll promise "a quick fix," then hold your car hostage long enough for you to question your life choices -- and when you finally get it back, you'll notice the bumper now has its own independent spirit, bravely refusing to align with the rest of the car. What's truly impressive, though, is their pricing magic trick: somehow, the total ends up being about twice what you were told, and yet the quality manages to be half of what you expected. It's almost artistic how little pride they take in their work. If you enjoy paying premium rates for subpar craftsmanship and long naps in the waiting room, this is absolutely your place

Comment : I had a good experience at Nigro's Auto Body following a hit-and-run in Philly. They handled the appraisal, communication with the other party's insurance, and all other insurance-related issues very well. They also did excellent work fixing my driver's side door. To top it off, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car after completing the body work. I would recommend Nigro's as they were communicative throughout the whole process and easy to work with.

Comment : This is a Pure South Philly business!!!! They “Look out” for their customers and protect you from the games and shady insurance business that try to hold out on paying you. And I mean they will check them right in front of you so you understand what “I got you” means. I will ALWAYS LOOK FOR NIGRO’S Auto body whenever I need honest quality and detailed estimates after a car accident!!!
