The absolute best service and friendliness staff I ve encountered at an auto body shop. If you are looking for a local shop you can trust .look no further. THIS IS IT. 6 out of 5 stars

Comment : Nigro s Auto Body Repair was great to me. I got in an accident and really had no idea what to do first. Cheryl walked me through the whole process. They had someone to take care of everything I needed. It made a stressful situation a lot less stressful with their help. I can t thank you enough, Nigro s Auto Body Repair!

Comment : Beware of this body shop. My car was taken there after a small accident and on the same evening, my car was burned to a crisp in their parking lot. Their insurance company refused to pay me the full value for my vehicle and they still charged my insurance company for repairs that they did not do to my vehicle prior to it burning. To top it all off, they tried to charge my insurance company a $125 ???protective care fee??? for my vehicle while it actually burned in their parking lot. Are you kidding me? Comment : This is the worst autobody shop I???ve ever worked with. I took my Focus here after it got side swiped and it was all around a horrible experience. First, they weren???t up front about how much it would be just to keep the car there while they look at it (and don???t have it posted at the front of their building which is illegal). Tried to charge me $150 A DAY JUST FOR STORAGE. Everywhere else in the city charges around $30. Especially insane since their super-secure storage is just the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant across the street.They took the bumper off my car, which I didn???t authorize them to do. Then tried to charge me $400 to put it back on and told me to get my car back WITHOUT IT EVEN BEING FIXED WOULD BE $3,600. Run. Away.This is the worst autobody shop I???ve ever worked with.
