Comment : Frustrating experience. I contacted them to fix my battery connector, and they gave me false information right from the beginning. They kept wasting my time with misleading updates and never followed through properly. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you value honesty and your time.

Comment : I've been taking my truck and family's cars here for regular maintenance service for years. Mason, Brandon and Richard at Nicks OC Auto Service are always super friendly and have never given me overblown recommendations or estimates for their services. Clean reception area is nice, even though I usually don't have to wait for drop-off or pick ups. I highly recommend this place!
