Comment : I hit a deer with my car and it needed towed, and it went to Nicks Auto in New Castle. Customer service/front desk was amazing and so nice. I got updates during the repair. My car was done a few days sooner than anticipated, much appreciated! Nicks did a great job and would highly recommend!

Comment : Would absolutely recommend Nick's! We unfortunately had 2 accidents the same month 2 years in a row, and Nicks was great getting r vehicle repaired and returned to us as quickly as possible. Both accidents had MAJOR damage and lots of parts had to be ordered and repaired. They kept us informed every step of the way, sometimes with multiple calls from several employees on the same day. Communication was excellent and when the lease on our rental was up they lent us a loaner free of charge.
