The customer service staff was present and kept us in the know throughout the day and we were actually able to be serviced and walk away relieved that everything is good. They gave me the number for Pat Clarke to get a new appointment, only to be told he s NO LONGER employed there and has been gone for a month. The GM also emailed me and told me to contact him for a new date, but after my 2 responses I still don t have a date or even a reply from him. This place is horrible and lack proper communication skills.**ORIGINAL POST**I made an appointment for a coolant leak and running boards for our F-150 in September. They fixed our running boards but didn t check coolant leak, so they advise to make another appointment, which was fine. We called for weeks to finally get an appointment on 11-6-23 for 9am.We brought our car for the appointment. We called late afternoon to see the progress of the car, but couldn t get through to our advisor for hours. We left messages with the receptionist and on our advisor voice mail. We finally spoke to our advisor at 3:30 who told us our car wasn t even looked at yet because they are behind. So I asked why wasn t we notified for the delay before we brought the car in or called throughout the day to let us know anything. We eventually just came to get our car with no information on a new service date or any help on this matter. After reaching out online about a vehicle, I was called by 3 different people within the hour all asking to help answer any questions. While initially I thought this was great customer service, I quickly realized they were not working with each other at all and I had no idea who I was actually working with. Once we had all that ironed out, the dealership did do a great job of aquiring the specific vehicle for me and organized a delivery to my home (which is out of state).That's when the customer service ended.I purchased a Mach-E that came with a home charger and free installation which didn't come with the vehicle upon delivery. I spent WEEKS calling, emailing, texting my salesman trying to get resolution. At first, I wasn't in a hurry with a few passive emails, but after about 2 weeks I started calling daily, with people promising same day call backs every time with no success. Finally I ended up requesting details on another Mach-E, and within the hour I was on the call with a surprised salesmen who finally had to address my concern. Even then, no reply. It wasn't until I started forwarding my emails to the GM that I got a phone call from the salesman to resolve the issue (which got resolved the same day).At this point, I just wanted to be done with this place, but they insisted on making things right. As before, it's been weeks of radio silence even after following up so I'm not holding my breath.Long story short, if you're looking for a new car, they'll line one up for you quick, but once that transaction is complete, they couldn't care less.Very frustrating car buying experience.
