Comment : LISTEN UP PEOPLE!!! I WANT YOU TO BE AWARE!!!! When taking your vehicle to get serviced not only here, but anywhere. My husband purchased a new Nautilus from this Dealership 6 months ago. Engine light came on Saturday, made an appointment Monday to get it checked out and plus fix the window which is a recall issue. He’s not a mechanic but knows some things about cars, so he took a look under the hood to check things out before his appointment on Friday. They ran a diagnostic test on it called him and said a rodent chewed through the wire. We asked to see the damage. Stevie Wonder could see this was cut and not chewed by a rodent. God gave us common sense. This is the new spill they’re giving to get money out of you because it’s not covered under the warranty due to it not being a manufactory default. Was told we could go through our insurance and file a claim. And then was told it wouldn’t be safe to drive and the turbo wouldn’t work properly. I guess not after the wires were cut!!!! Drove it all week with no problem!!! Turbo worked just fine. A family member was told the same exact thing for her Santa Fe. Before you take your vehicle to get serviced lift that hood and TAKE PICTURES!!!!!. You could be there next victim!!!!!
