Comment : Had a major car issue that needed dealt with right in between Christmas and New Year's. Nick was my seventh call after all the other shops were either closed or too busy.

I knew they were busy but Nick made himself available. You haven't called me on New Year's Day that he was finishing up the work so I could have it for Monday.

You do get what you pay for and it's not only about the cost of labor and parts. To me it's also about a mechanic that I felt truly cared about making sure I have a safe vehicle when I was driving away.

Comment : A friend of mine went up there the get service done, she scheduled it before Thanksgiving and today was her appointment that they set up, she takes off work, goes to her appointment and they tell they have no lifts open? And even if that was the case then you should have called her to let her know “You Had No Lifts Open” You should compensate her! 😡
