Comment : NH Auto has serviced this truck since new in 2019. Two weeks after my most recent service, one that brought into serious question the actual oil that was used in my truck, the engine splash guard broke free in one corner and was hanging down. Upon returning to them i was informed the part is over $300 and not covered on my "Gold Plan" extended warranty. After looking at the guard myself its very clear the only reason this broke is because their mechanics don't drop the shield properly and allow it to hang on front bolts after removing the rear bolts causing the shield to crack out on the corner.NH Auto has serviced this truck since new in 2019.
